What's New?
Currently.... SBC has hit over 500 members! This is great news for us, and hopefully we'll be getting to 600 members soon. Also, a brand new contest is going on. The first 5 users to find a golden ticket hidden somewhere on the forum, will get early access to v7! Congratulations to SOF who was the first person to find the ticket. Remember - use your heads! There are only 3 spots left. See the "Lost Temple" announcement on the homepage for more. Speaking of contests, don't forget to participate in our other contest to put a funny, original caption on an image. The winner will receive 1000 doubloons.
In the future... SBC will be moving to vBulletin on August 26th, 2011. This will also be the launch of v7. We had a good time on forumotion, but it is time for us to move. Stay tuned for more!Richest Users

Fade To Black-A+
Gentlemen, we finally have a successor to Forever Young. While the last couple episodes have been great, but didn't have the same feel that Forever Young did. You should've known my opinion after I said it was better then forever Young after one scene of the episode.but enough of this comparing stuff, on with the review.
The music selection was phenomenal for this episode, with classics like Paint it Black.
Another awesome part was that most of the scenes where really suspensful, and the last scene was like kicking my balls in the nuts. Sad to see my favorite character go, but alteast my least favorite character might (and by might I mean DO IT DAMN IT) be leaving, too.
Thank you.

DJ Patrick- A+
A hysterical episode. Definitely the best yet. I loved Mango and the therapist briefly singing Bohemian Rhapsody (which is funny, since I think I'm using that in a future Bikini Top and I was just thinking of that while reading the episode), and then he sends her to an asylum because he is "lazy." And I love the note from "Fred." That part had me laughing extremely loud. Another line I loved was Patrick saying "What's cum?" And the reference to Bikini Top's newest episode was a definite plus in my book, as well as the big shock at the end where Mango commits suicide. A very funny episode that turned surprisingly dark at the end, but it felt natural as it did make the transition from laugh-out-loud to gaping. This was by far my favorite episode of Generation Patrick and of any show that you have ever written, and I very much look forward to more.

What can I say about this episode? It had an outstanding music selection. Oh and the cliffhanger...amazing. Just amazing. This Bikini Top was spectacular. I read it three times, I loved it so much. Read it. Now.

Re: Spin-Off Reviews!
Total Cartoon Island/Action: D+
This is my honest opinion on TCI/TCA. Well, it's a super crossover of Nicktoons, Total Drama version, great, but there's more. We know Sniz and Fondue host this show, and the characters' personalities are similar to the original TDI contestants. Stimpy, Owen. Rocko, Geoff? Sandy, Gwen. And a CIT Treeflower. What brings the family friendly TCI to its craziness, just wait and see. What I see the most in Season 1 of this spin-off is a bunch of RockoXReggie business, the Spandiness, Angelica being like Heather, and...fun during the publicity. Rocko, Spongebob, and some others...in the nude, maybe even Sniz. It then goes to the final two: Sandy and Stimpy, and of course, Stimpy takes the cup of Season 1. It crazy, weird, and suspenseful in one season, but still good for some kind of TDI parody. In the end, this season gets a C.
Now, a lot of things have changed in Season 2, except the original contestants. Angelica is still bald, Sandy and Spongebob are still a couple, and Rocko, same old...whatever he does. What better way than to celebrate than 12 new contestants? What I hate the most...Blue Arrow wasn't improved correctly, but nice enough to put him in TCA. Cocky attitude, correct. Superhero? Incorrect. Who else is there?...Judy Funny, Rhonda Lloyd, with a personality of which I don't know, Gerald Fitzgerald(scuffles), Haggis McHaggis, Rancid Rabbit, Dog with a brand-new attitude, Marlene, Skipper, Pearl, in which Patrick has the hots for, Craig Mammalton, proven to be reasonable at this time, and an antagonist Larry. Spongebob Esquire and Gerald Fitzgerald I'm confused with. With that, call these characters Judy Arrow, Reggie the wallaby, or Dog IhateCatsomuchhurrdurr, endless possibilities. First episode of Season 2, was it a win or a fail? #1. Blue Arrow still isn't "right." Gee, I wonder what would happen if you wanted Strezz Stormond, and what relationship he would have. #2. More Rocko, once again, this is my opinion. #3. Starting with TCI, I realized something, TCI/A is a...I'm not going to say it, but it can still annoy me. Furthermore, this season gets a D- so far.
This is more of an improvement type of review, so if you're here 4EverGreen, don't get offended.
That was a mouthful...hopefully, USMI review coming soon.

Season 2 has beat Season 1's ass all the way so far, but this was just the nail in the coffin. awesome episode. Awesome music. The scenes were short, but like you told me, that was to make it feel urgent and fast-paced, which worked well. This episode needs to be nominated (and win) a spinoff award thing. Its that good. The cliffhangers were good, and I wish you would tell me where the hell you're going with all this.

SpongeBoy-D.
Sorry, I know it's harsh. It's just...well for one thing. THE PUNCTUATION. Sorry, but the lack of commas after the speech...Oh GOD it annoys me.
I can't exactly blast you too much, since I'm not the best writer myself, and I'm going to be honest, there are enjoyable parts, but then there are bits such as Sally came in. "OUT. You bad kids." Sally screamed. Out you bad kids?! This isn't Yo Gabba Gabba.
Parts are also very boring. I know it's a matter of opinion whether you find it interesting, but for me it just doesn't do it.
Also, it's a bit similar to USMI. And when I say a bit, I really mean, a lot. I'm not the best at coming up with ideas either but yah making it less similar might make it easier to stop comparing.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but this is just my opinion.

Re: Spin-Off Reviews!
Well, the tone of SpongeBoy and USMI are extremely different from each other, while the plot of mystery solving isn't. Also, USMI is based off of Scooby Doo:MI , while SpongeBoy isn't, although inspiration came from the mystery solving aura of both shows. Thanks for the review though, I'll try to work on the errors you pointed outDoogle. wrote:SpongeBoy-D.

It was good, but I hope the show doesn't take long to find itself, to establish itself, because the plot is a little bland right now. Monique is hilarious I must admit . She had me laughing the whole time.

Total Drama Undersea Review: C-
Now, I won't go too hard on you since your new at this, but I think improvements can be made. Total Drama themed spin-offs have been done plenty, and I mean plenty of times. The first challenge was pretty much rushed. If it was actually on TV, it would be about 2 minutes maybe at best, considering it took me less than 4 minutes to read it. The format your using, is a tad bit sloppy in my honest opinion. But again, don't get offended by this. This is just helpful criticism. I think you can improve it.

Christmas Lights-Bikini Top-
Rating: A+
Part 1 Review: Although Part 1 of the Christmas special was way weaker than Part 2, it was still pretty fucking amazing. It was so suspenseful and mysterious with the Molly vampire stuff...and the cliffhanger! And Mitchell...HOLY SHIT. But seriously, another reason Temperance is fucking shit and Naomi is the best character ever. She hates Molly cause she's a lesbian? BITCH! Temperance needs to stop being fucking religious and open her fucking eyes. Naomi taking drugs is better than Temperance being a complete bitch to Anna and Molly. But this episode deserves an A.
Part 2 Review: Alright, this was better than Part 1!! It begins with suspense and we finally get light shed on Molly. Damn, she can shape shift?! I like Molly more and more with every new episode. And holy crap...MORGAN AND JACKIE WALK IN ON SETH AND HEATHER HAVING SEX?! Oh god, Morgan is gonna be PI-ISSED! Haha, little Temperance trying to be nice to her friends again. And what kind of apology is "sorry"? Seriously? Naomi is awesome for not forgiving Temp because Temperance doesn't deserved to be forgiven. And Mitchell working for the Vampires...holy...shit. That will be awesome. Hopefully, Bryan will escape. But why does Astenias want Bryan? God, I can't wait to find out. Meanwhile, Arianna kills Sandy. -.- Arianna is a fucking asshole. She goes on my "BITCHES" list along with Temperance. Seth is a pimp, also. I like him. He's my favorite male character as of now. This episode is an A++++++!!

Spongeboy! Get a Clue!- D-
Alright, I have to say that this series is very meh so far. First of all, the show itself drags on alot at certain parts, and that isn't good for any series. Secondly, it's ALOT like USMI. I mean, I know it's hard to come up with ideas, but this show looks like it to a fault, and thats not cool. Another thing I don't lke is how you say it's light-hearted mysteries, but we have people being food poisoned, people dying in murders = not very light hearted. Oh one more thing: Sandy grew up in Texas not Bikini Bottom.

1. Spongebob and Spongeboy = Same sort of universe. The two are practically identical in characterization, and some simple things, like Sandy growing up in Texas, should be followed.
2. When I say it's like USMI, I mean it feels like I'm reading USMI without the depth. Spongeboy feels alot like USMI, and I don't know notice said zanniness to be honest. And I've seen A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, yes.

SpongeBoy! Get a Clue: F
This is my honest opinon on SBGaC. This is an "enjoyable" spin-off that trys hard to be combination of USMI and A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. This has a ton of flaws IMO. I'm not going to name them all. Before I get throught them chronologically, I noticed how dark that spin-off has been becoming. Flashing from kid appeal to teen appeal the previous 5 episodes or so. I still don't know what kind of appeal this show has. Now then...
Episode 1: Jimmy Wells suspended for IQ jealousy
Episode 2: Gene Gray suspended for scaring people(and I had a notice of him being a portrait of Chuckie Finster a lil' bit)
Episode 3: Sandy's mom being arrested for stealing a bike
Episode 4: Sally robbing a candy store for people coming in her room, and getting juvenile detention eventually
Episode 5: Mrs. Puff substituting for a non-boating class and Ms. Applebottom acting like an a-hole after what's she's been through, which I find intriguing
Episode 6: A candy store in the woods, a hospital in the woods that makes perfect cakes, which I lol'd
Episode 7: Seane being grounded for stealing meat
Episode 8: A Mystery Vigilante that shoots people who have jobs as fictional monsters(Which is where it gets non-kid friendly at first)
Episode 9: Principle over Principal usage. Oh well
Episode 10: Tons of blood in the middle. Kid happiness in the beginning
Episode 11: Bootleg version of Grandma being a killer, and deer don't belong underwater
Episode 12: The whole "iiimmaaagggiiinnnaaatttiioonn" rape.
Episode 13-14: A huge twist that gives out teen appeal again. And a principal being a murderer
Episode Grades: 1= D 2= D- 3= D- 4= D 5= F 6= C(Cuz' it's funny to me) 7= F 8= F 9= C- 10= D- 11= F 12= F 13= D 14= D
Which leads to an F.

Episode 1: Jimmy Wells suspended for IQ jealousy
He did steal something from Sandy and the security guards had to investigate.
Episode 2: Gene Gray suspended for scaring people(and I had a notice of him being a portrait of Chuckie Finster a lil' bit)
He terrorized the school, I think that was an appropriate discipline. Gene being like Chuckie was unintentional.
Episode 3: Sandy's mom being arrested for stealing a bike
She stole the everyone in the town bikes.
Episode 4: Sally robbing a candy store for people coming in her room, and getting juvenile detention eventually
No Comment
Episode 5: Mrs. Puff substituting for a non-boating class and Ms. Applebottom acting like an a-hole after what's she's been through, which I find intriguing
Well.. for plots sake, Mrs. Puff had to substitute for a non-boating class.
Episode 6: A candy store in the woods, a hospital in the woods that makes perfect cakes, which I lol'd
Huh?
Episode 7: Seane being grounded for stealing meat
she deserved it
Episode 8: A Mystery Vigilante that shoots people who have jobs as fictional monsters(Which is where it gets non-kid friendly at first)
Well, things had to get a bit dark.
Episode 9: Principle over Principal usage. Oh well
Episode 10: Tons of blood in the middle. Kid happiness in the beginning
They only hear the murders, not see them
Episode 11: Bootleg version of Grandma being a killer, and deer don't belong underwater
Are those movies?
Episode 12: The whole "iiimmaaagggiiinnnaaatttiioonn" rape.
I thought I did good with this episode.
Episode 13-14: A huge twist that gives out teen appeal again. And a principal being a murderer
Lol, I get your point, but..

I liked your criticism, I just felt like I should defend my show a bit.

Look teenj, we know you're trying, but I do think your show needs a bit of criticism.
This show is supposed to be a show about mysteries. I love mystery, I grew up with books about mystery when I was a little kid. But I don't think this spin-off fits the definition of a mystery.
First of all, these episodes are too short. Your first episode *SPOILER* was about Sandy losing her tail, and they call the security snails, and find it in Jimmy's backpack?! Jimmy was only in the episode for a few seconds. He had no personality at all, so it wasn't in the least surprising. Also, it's not a "mystery" if it only takes our protagonists a few seconds to solve the crime. These plots need to be more suspenseful.
Secondly, the villains in this show are extremely uninteresting. These villains do bad things to heroes for the stupidest reasons. Stealing bikes because your daughter ruined your flowers, trying to kill someone for teaching your class, poisoning food because the kids were being mean?! It would be so much more intriguing if the villains actually had character, and something to actually drive them to do those things. Right now, these villains are just plot devices.
Also, you claim this is supposed to be a lighthearted spin-off, meaning it's supposed to appeal to a younger audience. On the contrary, this show contains blood, gore, and dark moments. I know it doesn't contain any bad language, but it involves scenes of violence and murder. If you think animals getting gutted and a man being murdered by an elderly woman is kid-friendly, you need to lay off the schnapps.
I know I said this show was okay at first, but after reading some more episodes, I'm starting to reconsider.
Teenj, I'm sorry, I know you're trying to do a good job, but you have to consider what your viewers want to read too when your writing this show. Please try to make this show better. Thank you.

He obviously meant that the episodes are too short, and that the mysteries are too rushed to be "mysterious."

Right on the nail.

Perhaps you didn't hear me the first time. It's a mystery. It's not supposed to be short.
