Conch City Season 2!
13 (2.1)- Can't Get Dome To You Girl
Sandy is taking a shower one day, when she hears a loud knock on her door. She stops taking a shower and puts a towel on. Her eyes are covered in soap, so she can't see who the person behind the door is as she stumbles to wipe the soap from her eyes. When it's off, she opens the door. She screams with joy! The person is SpongeBob! Spongebob laughs and squeezes her back. Sandy blushes when the hug lasts longer than usual. When they break apart, Spongebob says he has to go unpack. Sandy says goodbye and he leaves. Her best friend, Spongebob, is back! She runs to go tell Barry. While she is running to Conch Apartments, she thinks back on some memories of her and Spongebob. When she arrives at Barry's room, she tells him the good news. Barry is excited for her and suggest they go for a walk until Spongebob is done unpacking. Sandy agrees and they go down to the main office. When they get out of Conch Apartments, they start walking together. Meanwhile, Spongebob has finished unpacking. He goes out from the Conch Hotel, and sees Sandy and Barry walking. He becomes instantly jealous, because he likes Sandy. He sneaks over behind a bench and watches Barry and Sandy laughing together. "Disgusting!" he mutters, and slithers across the street to hide behind a lamppost. He sees Sandy hug Barry, and his face turns red. He marches out and sticks a finger in Barry's face. He tells Barry he better back off, and walks away. Barry looks strangely at Sandy, but Sandy just blushes and walks away to Spongebob. When she reaches him, she tries to talk to him, but he sticks his fingers in his ears and starts singing. He runs away towards the mall, and Sandy frowns. She goes back to Barry, and they continue their walk, talking about how weird Spongebob is. After Spongebob walks out of the mall, he sees Barry and Sandy sitting on a bench, talking. Suddenly, he has an idea. He takes out his karate gear! He puts it on, then jumps over to Barry. "I said back off! She's my best friend and WE'RE supposed to be spending time together!" Spongebob yells, and hits Barry on the arm. Barry holds it in pain. Sandy apologizes to Barry and grabs Spongebob's arm. She asks what's wrong with him and he tells her he's just a little jealous. She finally forgives him, and they walk around, talking about memories. Sandy brings up a memory that makes Spongebob blush. She brings up when he gave her that chocolate bubble valentine. He says it's because they're best friends. They decide to have a race, and of course Sandy wins. She cheers and they both laugh. Barry walks over and Sandy greets him. They are about to walk away again when Spongebob stops them. He says he has had enough. He pulls Sandy away from Barry, saying that it's not his time to be hanging out with Sandy. Barry walks away, sadly. "Spongebob, what is wrong with you?" Sandy asks angrily. Spongebob takes a deep breath. It's time to tell Sandy what he's been hiding. "I'm jealous, because I love you, ok?" he says, and Sandy stares at him. He is about to cry. He just blew his biggest secret in front of the person he was supposed to keep it away from! "Spongebob...." Sandy begins. "I know, you don't love me back! It's ok! I have Gary! Let's just be friends again!" Spongebob says sadly. He turns around to walk away but Sandy grabs him. "Spongebob, I love you too!" Spongebob turns around. Sandy smiles. "Finally!" She thinks in her head. "Finally!" Spongebob thinks in his head. Sandy takes off her air helmet and kisses Spongebob! After what seems like forever, they break apart and she puts her air helmet back on. They hug. "Spongebob, I don't love Barry in that way. No one could ever replace you." Spongebob smiles and they hold hands as they walk. They decide they will keep a long distance relationship. The clams are singing as they walk away in the sunset.

Barry is excited for the grand opening of the Conch Casino! It is the opening day, and he rushes to be the first person inside the building. When he gets there, he sees it's already jam packed, and he can't seem to squeeze inside. He stands in line for what seems like hours, until finally he is let in. He runs inside and sees all the games to play, and starts at a slot machine. After that, he does it for atleast 80 more times. He checks his earnings: 5 dollars. He is angry and looks in his wallet to find no cash. He decides he will play his 5 dollars to earn more money. He runs to a pool table. Once he starts, he can't stop! He is playing pool so much he doesn't notice it's THREE hours later, when he was supposed to be jellyfishing with Jaylon. Meanwhile, Jaylon, with his jellyfishing net, is in Barry's room, freaking out that he can't find him. He has basically torn apart very place in Conch City. Suddenly, he sees a paper on Barry's desk. It says Conch Casino- Open Today! Jaylon gasps. He remembers when Barry was younger, he had a gambling problem at a slot machine. Jaylon runs toward the casino. Meanwhile, Barry is very addicted now. He has earned....5 dollars! He keeps losing and winning money. He decides he HAS to stay the whole day, to earn money! Jaylon bursts through the door, and sees Barry. He runs over and says hi to Barry, but Barry doesn't seem to hear him. Jaylon slaps Barry on the back. It's still not working! Jaylon grabs the pool stick from Barry's hand. Barry turns around and takes the pool stick back. Jaylon tells Barry to stop gambling and takes the pool stick. Barry shows him his wallet, then takes the pool stick. Pretty soon, they are both arguing over the pool stick. Suddenly, Jaylon lets go, making Barry fall back and crash into the pool table. Jaylon drags him outside of the casino, while Barry keeps trying to escape. Finally, Barry admits defeat and says Jaylon was right. Jaylon looks at him with a satisfied face, and lets go of Barry. Barry runs back to the casino! Jaylon sighs, and tries again to think of a way to get Barry to stop gambling. Suddenly, he snaps his fingers. He knows what to do! Barry is hogging the slot machines, and people are standing in line getting tired of it. Barry keeps telling them he will stop after one more time. He has done this 20 times. When he pulls the lever again, and the slots stop rolling, he is shocked at what he sees. The slot machine says "Stop Gambling Now!" Barry screams and runs away. Jaylon jumps out of the slot machine just as a man is about to play, and the man screams. Jaylon bursts out of the casino to see Barry walking. He jogs up to Barry and asks whats wrong. He says the gambling has gone to his head, and he has finally quit. Jaylon smiles, and gives Barry thirty dollars for quitting gambling. Barry thanks him as Jaylon walks back to his house. When Jaylon is gone, Barry gets an evil look on his face, and runs back to the casino!

[b]Conch City Season 2!
13 (2.1)- Can't Get Dome To You Girl
14 (2.2)- Poker Face
15 (2.3)- It's A Cliffhanger, By Jaylon
Jaylon is still trying to get over Angela leaving, and has had really almost gotten over here. He's sitting on the park bench in Conch Central Park, watching the fall winds blow through the streets. Suddenly, he sees giant metal boots and looks up to see Sandy, who asks him what's wrong. He says he misses Angela, and Sandy sits down. She tells him he HAS to get over her, before he turns into some depressed freak. Jaylon sighs and agrees, gets up, and walks to the Conch Grocery. When he goes in, he sees a stunningly gorgeous girl, and it’s all he can do to not completely melt. He walks up, and pushes a can out of her hand. “Oops” he says shyly, picks it up, and gives it to her. She thanks him, looking at him longer then someone normally would’ve. He introduces himself, and so does she. Her name is Priya, and she’s just moved from a far away town. Jaylon smiles, and says he’ll she her around. Priya winks as Jaylon turns away. “Wait!” she calls after him. Jaylon turns around. “Yeah?” “Go on a date with me!” she calls, throwing him a slip of paper. When he opens it, it says “Meet me at the Conch Diner, 7:00 pm. She you there. Priya.” He folds it up, smiles, and walks away. When he gets outside the Conch Grocery, he sits on a bench, looking at the colorful leaves fall from the coral trees, and looks up, the fall sky approaching with darkness. He thinks about some of his and Angela’s memories, but eventually he decides she’s away so it’s ok to date other people. He looks around, and zips his jacket up. He looks at his watch, and sees it’s almost 6:30! He gets up, and rushes home to get ready. At 6:55, Jaylon is inside the Conch Diner, in a booth, waiting for Priya. He looks around nervously, wondering if this is the right choice. He is so busy thinking he doesn’t notice Priya walk in. When she calls his name, he turns around and sees her. She looks beautiful in a white dress with straight long hair. She sits down and smiles at Jaylon, and he smiles back. They’re still pretty nervous as they order their food, and uncomfortable. Suddenly, Priya decides to break the ice. She asks him about his interests, and after that, words start flowing out of the both of them. They are having a fantastic time by the time they’re food comes. When they are done eating, they want to avoid fighting over the check, so Priya pays. When they leave to go home, Priya stops Jaylon before they start walking home. She says she had a great time, and leans in. Jaylon hearts skips three beats, and he leans in too, and they kiss!! After what seems like forever, they finally break apart. They are both smiling at each other as Barry walks by, and sees Priya. He screams and runs over to her. “Priya!!” he yells. “BARRY?!?” she shrieks. She jumps into his arms and they hug. “It’s been-“ Barry begins. “Forever!” Priya screams. Jaylon is very confused, and Barry turns to him. He explains that when they lived in Hutch Bottom, Priya and Barry were best friends, but during a huge storm, Barry was permanently seperated from Priya after she got sucked up into a tornado. Priya screams again and holds onto Barry, very excited. “Can you guys, uh, reunite, later? I gotta take Priya home.” Jaylon butts in. “Of course.” Priya says, smiling. She says goodbye to Barry and holds Jaylon’s hand, and they start walking home. When they get to Priya’s house, she says bye and kisses him on the cheek. “Bye, boyfriend.” she says, and walks into her house. Jaylon seems frozen, but he finally shakes himself out of it. He now knows there are other fish in the sea besides Angela. When he gets home, he sighs, remembering he forgot his jacket at the diner, so he goes to the closet to get a spare. When he opens the closet door, he sees Barry and Priya kissing!!!

2.1 (13)- Can't Get Dome To You Girl
2.2 (14)- Poker Face
2.3 (15)- It's A Cliffhanger, By Jaylon
2.4 (16)- Priya Off Of Her
“Priya!” Jaylon shrieks. Barry and Priya break apart suddenly, their faces a fierce red. “We weren’t err.... expecting you.” Barry said as his nervously shuffled out of the closet. Jaylon was seeing red. “Get.... out....” he breathed. Priya stepped back, grasping Jaylon’s hand. He shook it off, and stomped upstairs. “Wait!” she called. Barry looked around nervously, and ran into the living room. Priya shook her head in disgust with herself, as she walked out, she recalled it as it really happened. Barry wanted to meet Priya, so she snuck out as soon as Jaylon dropped her off at her house. When she got there, she asked what Barry wanted. Barry suddenly pulled her into a closet and started kissing her, and wouldn’t let go. Her flashback ended, and she was standing there, in a pile of colorful fall leaves. She decided she would have to apologize to Jaylon, but just didn’t know how. Meanwhile, there was a timid knock on Jaylon’s door. He ignored it, laying down, bouncing a ping-pong ball in front of his face (Drake and Josh references FTW ) It knocked again, fiercer. Jaylon sighed and got up, and opened the door. Barry burst in, spitting out the truth. After he was finished, Jaylon eyed him suspiciously. “Really?” he asked. “Of course!” Barry said. Jaylon kicked him out, feeling so sorry for what he said to Priya. He had to get out of the house without having to go through Barry, who would surely beat him out now. He looked out his second-story window, into the twilight. He looked up at the North Flower and wondered what Angela was doing. Meanwhile, Angela was sitting in the campground of Underwarer Survival, clothes torn and hair askew from the challenge. It was pouring down rain, which was mixing in with her starting tears. She decided that it’s against best friend code to like that best friend. She wanted to like Jaylon. She pounded her head in thought. She then came to a realization. Meanwhile, Jaylon had a rope, and was latching it onto the window lock, and he threw the other end out of the window, and peered out, watching it hit the night-darkened ground. He grabbed hold of the rope, squeezed his eyes shut in hope he wouldn’t die, then slid out on the rope into the night.
His own screams woke him up. He was on the ground, the rope in his hand. He looked beside him an saw a heavy rock. He figured he slid out, and almost made it until he hit his head on that rock. He touched the wound on the back of his head, and winces in pain. He gets up, shakes the pain off, and sets off towards Priya’s house, rehearsing what he’ll say to her in his head. “My brother is a total !@#$%” Nope, that won’t do. “Don’t trust him! Trust me!” Nope. “I LOVE YOU!” Whoa, no way. Finally, he settled on something. It was then when he realized he was in Priya’s driveway, a car backing up right towards him, at full speed.
He quickly dodged, jumping into a bush, yet the car managed to hit his ankle. He yells in pain, looking at his ankle. This is what I get for being a good boyfriend, he muttered to himself. A light from the front door shone as it opened, Priya standing confused behind the glass door. He quickly jumped up, fighting the pain, and limped towards her door. “Priya.” he said breathlessly. Priya gasps, and opens the front door, running towards Jaylon. “Oh, no!” she shrieked, examining his head and his ankle. “I got hurt.” he admitted with a crooked smile. “Let’s see if I can help.” Priya leaned in closely, and kissed Jaylon. They broke apart. “Did you feel that?” she asked. “Yeah, I felt it.” said Jaylon. (Zoey 101 references FTW! ) Priya helped Jaylon up, and put her arm around his shoulder. “Priya, I’m so sorry! It was my idiot brother’s fault....” he began. “I know, and he wouldn’t let me tell you. He’s so obsessed with me.” Jaylon suddenly looked at her. “But he’s been your best friend since forever!” “But you’re my best boyfriend.” Priya says, kissing Jaylon again. She helped him home. When they got to his house, she thanked him. “Of course!” she said modestly. He opens his front door, to see Barry working on a huge card. He quickly threw it into the corner when he heard the front door open. “What’s that?” Priya asked suspiciously. “Oh, nothing.” blushed Barry. Jaylon limped over to look at the card. On the front, it said, To Sandy, With Love. From Barry.

From Barry.

“What?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?” exclaimed Sandy the next day when Jaylon told her what had happened. “He l- lo- LOVES me?!? But I HAVE a boyfriend!” she shrieked. “That’s just it.” Jaylon said. “He’s been flirting with everyone lately.” “Well, it’s gonna stop. I don’t love him! I’ll have to think of something.......” she started to brainstorm. Just then, her nut phone rang. She ran into her tree and picked it up. “Hello?” she said hurriedly into the receiver. “Sandy! How could you?” came Spongebob’s voice through the other end. “Wait! No! It’s not what you th-“ she started to say. “Why don’t you go kiss Barry instead? I knew you two were dating! Sandy Cheeks, you and I are OVER!” With that, she heard the dial tone. She sniffled, hung up, then burst out crying, running through the treedome, and out into the water. By the time she realized she needed air, she was already in Conch City Square, about two miles from her treedome. Meanwhile, Barry was nervous about what had happened the night before. He didn’t love Sandy! He was practicing a card for Priya! He only loved her! But, in case they did walk in, he had put Sandy’s name instead of Priya’s, for practice. BIG mistake. He was in the living room, and heard a familiar theme song about a pineapple under the sea. “When is this NOT on?!?” he yelled, changing the channel. It was a soap opera about a man who had praticed kissing another girl for his girlfriend, when his girlfriend walked in on him. He angrily changed the channel again. This time, it was the news. He relaxed. “Today, we’d like to talk about... greeting cards!” the announcer said. Barry groaned loudly, turning off the TV. How did Sandy even find out anyways? He stood up, and was going to Sandy’s treedome. Meanwhile, Sandy was having problems of her own. She was repeatedly dialing Spongebob’s number again, wanting a chance to explain the problem. How did Spongebob even find out anyways? She hung up the phone, and was going to Priya’s house. Meanwhile, Jaylon was playing paddleball, but kept missing of course. He was also thinking. Thinking why did Barry love Sandy, when he loved Priya? He put down the paddleball, and was going to Barry’s apartment. When Barry got to Sandy’s treedome, when Sandy got to Priya’s house, when Jaylon got to Barry’s apartment, they all realized no one was there. Now you may be wondering... why would Sandy go to Priya’s house? Here’s the answer..... “Priya!” Sandy yelled, throwing open Priya’s front door. “What are you doing here, Sandy?” Priya asked, confused, sitting on the living room couch. “I know what you did! You knew Barry made that card, and found Spongebob’s number and called him to tell that I accepted the card! When it turns out, Barry actually made the card! How do you sleep?” Sandy spat out without taking a breath. “Oh, I didn’t do that..... I make a lot of calls a lot of places.” she said with a hint of amusement in her voice. Sandy was pressuring her. “I hope you know Barry loves you, but I don’t think he will anymore, you selfish, cruel, toad. And I don’t think you’ve messed up me and Spongebob’s relationship, either. In fact, the only relationship you’ve messed up is yours and Jaylon’s.” And with that, she stormed out of Priya’s house. Priya was smiling wickedly. “Don’t you worry, Sandy Cheeks. I’m here to destroy Conch City, whether you try to stop me or not.” She started laughing evily. Meanwhile, Sandy burst into her treedome, where Barry was waiting for an answer, along with Jaylon, who had decided to go there when he couldn’t find Barry. Sandy sat down and explained to Barry, Jaylon, and Spongebob (who Jaylon had put on speaker phone) that Barr was practicing for Priya, but put Sandy instead for practice, and that Priya is really an evil witch. When she was done, Spongebob apologized, and said they would always be together. “It’s ok, Bobby.” she giggled into the phone. When she hung up, Barry was satisfied, but Jaylon was very grumpy. “How do YOU know Priya is an evil witch?” he asked. Sandy sighed, and took something out of her ear. “It’s a oceantooth. I recorded everything.” And, she also showed him everything, from her going to Priya’s house, to Priya muttering that she makes a lot of calls a lot of places. When she was done, she found herself hugely sympathizing Jaylon as he sobbed, wishing for Angela to be back. “I need Angela to come back. I’m finally going to tell her I love her.” Jaylon said, wiping the last tear from his cheek. Sandy hugged him. Meanwhile, Priya, finally realizing her true evil potential, was in a smoky room filled with gadgets. “I’m back, master. I got the rainbow fish’s heart broken, the squirrel’s gone nuts, and the grouper fish..... well, I haven’t done anything to him. Yet.” she spoke through hushed lips. “Very good. And what is this, this Angela you speak of?” a voice said with a French accent. “Don’t worry, I’ve made.... er..... special arrangements for her.”
Note: I know it’s confusing (this episode) but don’t worry, it won’t be if you think about it And, originally, Priya was not supposed to be this evil, but I think it blends in perfectly, and who doesn’t love being an evil apprentice to a master with a French accent? Are you wondering what happens to Angela? Maybe it could lead to.... a crossover?

Jaylon was sitting in Conch City Square, looking at the big TV in the center, saying something about Halloween decorations to soon be hung up. He remembers Halloweens past he spent with Angela. Stop thinking about her, he thought to himself. She’s gone, to win much bigger things. Suddenly, the TV switched to a recap of last night’s episode of Underwater Survival. Jaylon looked up since he had missed the episode. “Competitor Angela Tailson has been eliminated out of Underwater Survival, following last night’s court challenge.” said the report on the TV. Jaylon heard nothing after “Angela Tailson has been eliminated”. His feelings were a mix of sad, angry, and helpless. There was also a hint of happiness, for Angela was coming back. Suddenly, he stood up. He was still very angry with the other contestants on Underwater Survival, and sad that Angela lost, but now he was happy Angela was coming back. “Angela’s coming back!” he shouted to no one, and hopped down the street, going to Conch Apartments. ----------------------------------
The concierge straightened the calendar on the wall. October 29th, said the wall calendar. The concierge turned around to see Jaylon walk in. Not him, the concierge, Jamie, thought with digust. He’s been in here to much, all to see that lump in room 303. Jamie was startled as Jaylon happily made his way over to the desk. “Room-“ Jaylon began. “I know, 303.” Jamie finished with a forced smile. As Jaylon made his way into the elevator, Jamie smiled. It IS trick or treat, right? Jamie though with a flash. Why not start with the tricks? This grungy little teen boy had been bothering Jamie non stop with outdated magazines, magazine renewal coupouns, pictures not being straight, and Jamie’s one stain he had on his uniform. Well, now this little boy would have more than one stain. Stains of blood. Later.... Jamie made his way through the pitch-black basement, sweating, with wire cutters in his hands. Should he really hurt this kid? He hasn’t been that terrible, thought Jamie. But Barry was booked to live in Conch Apartments for three more years, and who knew what annoying things that stupid little teenage brother of Barry’s would do during that time? Jamie smiled. He had made the right choice. He felt around the wall, and finally located the control panel. He swung it open, and as it creaked, dust blew out, indicating it hadn’t been touched in years. Ignoring the dust, and still sweating, Jamie found the lime green wire, the elevator wire. If he cut it, the elevator would suddenly stop and plunge down to the basement, killing the boy in the process, or atleast seriously hurting him. Jamie’s hand was shaking as he reached towards the lime green wire with the wire cutters. As the cutters were one centimeter away from chopping the wire and sending the boy to his doom, Jamie heard footsteps. “Don’t you want any help with that project?” said a voice behind Jamie. Jamie turned around to see a girl about the grungy teen boy’s age, with perfect hair and perfect clothes and a perfect smile. But he also saw a glint of red in her eyes. A glint of pure evil. “And why, might I ask, would you want to help kill a boy?” Jamie asked with an evil smile. “Let’s just say we went out, and the ending didn’t turn out so pretty.” the girl responded, with a smooth, perfect voice. “Then of course you can help me.” Jamie said, his smile glowing up the basement. “Just one more question. What’s your name?” he asked. “Priya.” the girl answered. ------------------------ “Come on, you’re really close!” Priya whispered, as Jamie was still one centimeter away from cutting the wire. Priya grabbed his arm, and suddenly closed her fingers around the wire. “Follow my lead.” she whispered in his ear, making him shake and get goosebumps. The 21 year old knew he shouldn’t like 16 year olds, but this girl made him forget everything. He smelled her perfume and her hair. “You know, we’d be the perfect evil team.” Jamie said. “Sorry, my master says not to make teams.” Priya responded. Priya was ignoring his flirting, and chopped the wire. Jamie gasped in satisfaction, and both Priya and Jamie listened for the horrible death shriek of Jaylon. ------------ Jaylon stepped out of the elevator, as a woman stepped in. As Jaylon walked to room 303, he heard a horrible scream, followed by a thud, as if coming from the basement. Probably just a sound tape, thought Jaylon. He opened the door to Barry’s room, and a giant spider swooped down onto Jaylon’s head. “Aaaahh!” he yelled, hopping on one foot, because the other was covered in slime. Jaylon landed on Barry’s bed, laughing. “Awesome decorations!” Jaylon complimented. “It’s nothing,” said Barry, on his laptop. “Anyways Jaylon, I though you might have seen last night’s Underwater Survival, and I’m so sor-“ Barry began. “It’s OK, I know. I’m mad and sad, but also happy. I mean, Angela’s flight should be back on Halloween night!” Jaylon said, excited. “Well, that is good optomism. Maybe you’re right.” “Of course I’m right,” said Jaylon. “We can all go trick or treating as friends.” Barry smiled. “It’s 10:00 PM, don’t you need sleep?” asked Barry. “You’re right!” shrieked Jaylon. “Mom will kill me!” Without a goodbye, Jaylon ran out of the apartment, and out of the building. Barry looked out of his fourth story window and saw Jaylon running out into the street, angering lots of boats. When will he learn?, thought Barry with a smile. Suddenly, Barry heard a noise from his door. It was his mail slot, and a piece of notebook paper was lying on the floor. Curious, Barry picked up the notebook paper and opened it up. He sat down with a scared expression on the face. The note said, Our First Plan Might Not Have Worked. But On Halloween Night, You Better Be Ready For The Pumpkin Monster. ------------------
The next afternoon, October 30th, Jamie and Priya were gathered in her master’s lair. “You’re right, Jamie. My master will never know that we’re a team. And I know our last plan didn’t work. We ended up killing an innocent women. But who doesn’t love killing people?” Priya asked with a grin and a flip of her hair. Jamie smiled back, nervously. “And since we’re a team, we can tell each other secrets about Jaylon. One: his weakness is when someone squeezes his knee. What about you?” Jamie’s mouth couldn’t open. He could not tell her the abudance of secrets he knew about Jaylon, from the notebook he sometimes left inside the lobby. Curious, Jamie would always pick it up and read it, and inside would be lots of secrets. “I- I don’t think I can tell you.... I’m still not sure about being evil.” Jamie said, stuttering. “Maybe this will get your mind working.” Priya said. She reached up to her flowery blouse, and loosened it. After Jamie didn’t answer, she loosened it some more. “Come on, there’s an evil beast inside of you somewhere.” Priya giggled. Jamie’s face was bright red. “You need more help? OK.” Priya leaned in and grabbed Jamie’s face, and kissed him on the mouth. “He hates bananas.” Jamie said as soon as they broke apart, Priya’s perfect hair over his face. “Good. Now to get you to tell me more....” she reached for her blouse and grabbed the bottom, and started pulling it off. ---------------------- “Boo!” Sandy yelled, taken aback by Jaylon, who had crept into her house while she was doing dishes. She laughed, and welcomed Jaylon to “Castle Sandyvania”. Her tree was a spooky old vampire’s castle, and she had filled the dome with fog and smoke. Inside the castle, the floorboards creaked and bats flew in and out of holes in the furniture. As Jaylon walked in, a vampire robot jumped out. “Good evvvvvening!” it yelled. “Nice programming Sandy!” Jaylon complimented. Jaylon had already told Sandy that Angela had been voted off. She was both shocked and angry, and happy that Angela was finally coming back. “Guess you’ll get that kiss, huh?” Sandy joked, nudging Jaylon on the shoulder. “I wish....” he muttered. Meanwhile, Angela was boarding the plane again, this time to go home. What do those people think they’re doing? I never lied ONCE in high school! Do they know ANYTHING about me? Grrrrr!, she though angrily as she boarded the plane. Well, atleast I’ll get to go back to Jaylon, she thought as she sat down. She had finally figured out... she liked him. Now they could finally be together! --------------- It was 8:30 PM on October 31th. Angela was due home at 1:00 AM. Everyone was gathered in Barry’s apartment, ignoring the black and orange decorations, and only paying attention to the note. “This- this is terrible!” Sandy finally managed to shout through her closed throat. “I know...” Barry groaned, sick to his stomach. All on the night Angela’s coming home, was all Jaylon could think. He couldn’t let whoever wrote this note ruin Angela coming back. “Jamie!” Barry suddenly said. “It’s Jamie!” “You mean that horrible concierge?” Jaylon asked. “Yes! I saw him writing on this notebook paper! I know because it has a coffee stain, just like the one he was writing on!!” Barry said all in one breath. Sandy was shocked, but Jaylon smirked. “I knew it.” he said. “We- we gotta stop him!” Sandy said. Barry agreed, but it was a little too late for that. Why? Barry’s door creaked open, revealing a gloved hand. A concierge’s glove. “Aaahh!” Sandy shrieked, reaching for a desk lamp- wrong choice. The desk lamp was a fake trick set up by Barry to drop a pound of red paint, meant to look like blood. “BARRY!” Sandy yelled. “Sorry!” Barry said in a tiny voice. He reached for a book, holding it up. “Hello.” said Jamie, now fully in the room. A figure dressed in a beautiful silk dress appeared behind him. “Priya?!?!?!” Jaylon exclaimed. Priya winked and smiled, and glinted that evil yet pretty smile of hers. Jamie smiled too and took something from his back. A kitchen knife smeared with blood. “You didn’t-“ Sandy gasped. “Of course we killed someone else. Don’t you think SPONGEBOB knows too much?” Priya giggled. “SPONGEBOB!!!!!!!!” Sandy screamed. “Just kidding, squirrel. We only killed the substitute concierge. He saw us having a meeting. A... team meeting. Me and Jamie here- we’re a team. And that means double the death. You’ll all die of course, but it will take less time.” Priya’s white teeth flashed onto the knife, through the smears of blood. She raised it high above her head. Jamie smiled, also holding a knife, raising it over Sandy. Priya was raising hers over Jaylon. “Guess we never got our happy ending, Jaily.” “Don’t call me that.” Jaylon snarled. Priya, started bringing down the knife. “Have a nice afterlife.” And with that, she swooped the knife down onto Jaylon, and Jamie shot his down onto Sandy. Right when Priya’s knife, was a centimeter away from Jaylon’s heart, another figure burst through the door. “Priya!” the figure said angrily. Jaylon noticed the figure had a heavy French accent, and had smoke covering his face from a cigar he was smoking. “M-Master!” Priya gasped suddenly, throwing the knife onto a nightstand. Jamie blushed furiously, sliding his knife back into his pocket. “What is zis! You- make ze team I forbeed you to make! What is zis! Zome kind of conspirazy?” he snarled through huge nostrils, visible through the smoke. “I- I- I was killing people, master! I was killing the biggest threats to us! I- They- They know all our secrets! They know you’re my master, know my name, my mission to destroy Angela- everything!!” Priya stuttered uncontrollably. “I know Jaylon’s secrets. Priya knows too.” Jamie said quietly. Jaylon’s mind was whirring from when Priya said “destroy Angela”, he had not heard this. “Yes!” Priya said, smiling a pretty smile. “I know- we illegally made a team, when I’m only an apprentice, but Jamie knows secrets about Jaylon. Enough to destroy him and everyone close to him.” “Very well! Jamie, welcome to ze team!” Master said enthusiastically. “Thanks, master!” Jamie said. “WHY?” Sandy yelled. “Why what, squirrel?” Priya pouted angrily, whipping around to Sandy. “We need to leave!” “Well.... just why are you trying to kill us? WHY?” Sandy yelled. “It’s quite zimple, really.” Master said, as if Sandy was an idiot. “Zis Barry. Before Priya was evil, and when she and Barry were friends, very little peoples, Priya confided in Barry all ze time. Told everyzing. How Priya’s family never had a penny, how she planned to do the running away, and live in ze sewers, growing up to be ze evil and destroy ze world. Also ze biggest secret- Priya killed her friend, Jolie, when Jolie found out her secrets. Now it’s time to return ze favor, 10 years later.” Master finished, looking pleased. “Let’s get on with this.” Normally quiet Jamie said. “Let’s leave.” “Agreed.” Priya said. “I have rope.” Master said, pulling out a long length of rope and throwing it out of the apartment building. “Let’s go.” Priya said. Barry, Sandy, and Jaylon were sitting on Barry’s bed, dumbfounded. “We can’t stop them. They have knives.” Barry shook his head sadly. “They’ve won.” “Later, losers!” Jamie and Priya chimed together, stepping out of the window. No, Sandy thought, this isn’t going to happen. We can’t let our mortal enemies escape before our eyes, especially that b!tch (excuse the language) Priya. Sandy jumped up suddenly. “What are you doing?” Jaylon hissed. He still hadn’t heard about Priya’s plan to destroy Angela... Sandy rushed forth to the window, big enough to show that Master, Jamie, and Priya all had lengths of rope tied to fruit stands on the bottom of the street, about to jump. “I don’t think so.” Sandy said with a smile. And with that, she grabbed their backs and pushed them off. Their faces were a mix of horror and angriness. She heard a sickening thud as they hit the ground outside. Sandy was satisfied, and turned around. “Sandy!” Jaylon and Barry cried in unison, and rushed to her, embracing her in tight hugs. “Thank you!” “We love you!” “Awesome!” was what Sandy heard. “Aw, shucks!” Sandy said, hugging them back. Sandy stepped back, pressing a button on the floor. The ceiling opened, dropping slime and ghost and pumpkin balloons all over them. “Happy Halloween!” Jaylon shouted. They all burst out laughing, still hugging. Jaylon looked over at Barry’s alarm clock. “12:59 AM!” he yelled in happiness. “Angela’s coming!!!!” They all looked out the big window, where only minutes before they had conquered their enemies. A glinting light caught Jaylon’s eye. “The- the PLANE!” he yelled. “Whoa, calm down!” Barry chuckled. The plane crossed over Conch City, twinkling agaisnt the dark skyline. Through a plane window- was that- it was– Angela! “ANGELA!!!” Jaylon cried in surprise, yelling out loud, turning on quite a few lights and making people start to yell at him. He just barely saw Angela turn around and see him. She yelled something, was it “I rove phew!”? Whatever, Angela was back!, Jaylon thought, waving to her. The good thing about Barry being on the fourth floor was you could see a lot, and Jaylon saw the Conch City Airport, where the plane would be landing in seconds. Jaylon smiled as he saw the airplane right next to the airport. But there was a problem. The airplane passed the airport. And didn’t stop. Jaylon squinted to barely see a small twinkle of the plane, then it was gone.

“Jaylon!” Angela yelled, staring out of the plane window, seeing Conch Apartments fade away. Then she watched as Conch City, the busy metropolis, was now a smidge of light. “Jaylon!” she repeated. “Can I help you?” a flight attendant asked. “Yes. I was supposed to land in Conch City, but it seems like there’s been a mistake.” Angela explained. “Well, our next flight is scheduled to land in Bikini Bottom, so I guess you’re screwed. But hey, grab a pillow and enjoy a movie for the next two hours!” “No, thanks.” Angela grumbled. The attendant was no help. Suddenly, she saw a door with the painted words SKYDIVE- EMERGENCIES ONLY. Well, Angela thought, this IS an emergency. Just think how close I was to telling Jaylon that I love him. So, why not skydive? She’d never done it before- especially not at 1:14 AM. She shrugged off a bag of chips from her shoulder, turned off the TV, and walked over to the door. “Missy- WHAT do you think you’re doing?” the attendant called from behind her. “I’m doing it for love.” was Angela’s reply. She grabbed a parachute, helmet, and goggles, and strapped them all on. “STOP!” the attendant yelled, now worried he’d lose his job. “See ya, suckers!” Angela yelled, and pulled open the door. It automatically started pulling and sucking everyone towards the door. Angela closed her eyes, and counted to three. She took a step forward, sighed, and jumped. “YAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!” she screamed as she was falling through the air. She looked down to see the town below her. It looked nice enough- maybe there was even a hotel to stay at. She couldn’t think about that now though, with the air blowing her cheeks to her eyes. She saw she was almost to the town, and then pulled on the string on the parachute. She suddenly jerked forward, being straightened up by the parachute, and slowly dropped down. How relaxing, Angela though. Enough time to think about what I’m going to say to Jaylon. Suddenly, she crashed into thorny coral bushes. Even MORE relaxing, she thought with a grumble. She sighed and stood up, covered in thorns. “Ow! Ow! Ow!” she said as she plucked the thorns from her skirt and light pink blouse. She looked ahead and saw a sign that said “Now Entering WaterFalls”. What a strange name for a town, Angela thought. Then she realized how it got it’s name. There were gorgeous, jaw-dropping waterfalls near a marsh in the far corner of the town. Realizing she was incredibly thirsty, she decided to take chances, and rushed over to the waterfall. How serene, Angela said to herself, then bent down and took a sip. So fresh! I could stay here! “Wonderful!” Angela said out loud. “Isn’t it?” said a voice behind her. She quickly whipped around to see a pink pudgy mass in bermuda shorts. “Are you– Patrick Star?” Angela said excidetly. “That’s what my name tag says.” Patrick smiled and beckoned her over. “I’m Angela Tailson.” “I’m–“ Patrick began. “Patrick Star!” Angela finished. “Sandy has told me ALL about you.” “Sandy? Would that be Sandy Cheeks? My best friend!” Patrick said, now as excited as Angela. “Yes! She lives with me in Conch City!” Angela said, breathless to find a friend of Sandy’s. “Well, I’d be more than happy to get you hotel reservations.” Patrick said. Angela was puzzled. “Why not just let me stay at your house?” “Well... it’s er- being renovated.” Patrick sighed. It was pretty obvious Angela was hitting on him, wanting to go to his house. Of course he was wrong. “Hotel reservations it is.” Angela finally agreed, wanting to make friends with Patrick and not argue. On the way to the hotel, they saw Nicholas, who was practicing karate chops on random people in the street. When he saw Patrick, he waved, but his face turned to confused when he saw Angela. “New girlfriend?” Nicholas joked, coming over to them. “This is Angela, Sandy’s best friend.” Patrick explained. “Sandy Cheeks! I wish I could learn moves from her......” Nicholas turned dazed and dreamy, looking into the sky. “I’d love to chat, but I have to get to a hotel.” “See you then.” Nicholas waved, then karate chopped a mother with a baby on the street. Patrick laughed and shook his head, walking another direction than the hotel. “Where are we going?” Angela asked. “Just to Archie’s Shop. It’s where I work.” Patrick answered, and they approached the building. Patrick took out a key, and opened the door, revealing displays stacked high, and behind the counter was a person. “Archie?” Angela said, stepping forward. “That’s me! How can I help you?” Angela smiled. “Nice place.” “Thanks!” Archie said. “Angela, the hotel is across the street, and take a left. Tell them I’ve payed for your reservations.” Patrick said, smiling. Angela thanked him, and walked out of the shop. Pretty soon, she was in her room at the hotel. A presidential suite! Patrick really knows how to hook someone up, Angela thought, snuggling her head into a beautiful, soft pillow. She was deep in sleep when she heard a gunshot outside. What.. Was what?? She thought, tearing off her blanket. She decided it must have been a dream, and got a Rolla Cola from the giant fridge. She wanted to calm down, so she turned on the TV. The news was on. “BREAKING NEWS!” The announcer yelled to the TV.
“Gunshots have been heard ALL OVER WaterFalls! And now.... I’m scared!” the announcer ran away. Angela flipped off the TV. This town is really weird, Angela thought. She peered out the window, and saw a pretty girl walking down the street. It can’t be– is it? Chenelle? She decided to find out. She opened the window, and yelled out in the darkness of the night. “CHENELLE?” Chenelle’s head shot up to the hotel window, and she immediately began waving. Chenelle was Jaylon’s old friend from seventh grade. What a NICE town, Angela thought, replacing weird. I wouldn’t mind living here.... forever? No. Impossible. She had to live in Conch City with Jaylon, Barry, Sandy, and Jaylon. Yes. She said Jaylon twice. Suddenly, more gunshots were heard! She thrust open the window again, she looked around for the gunshot source, hearing it all the while. She turned to the bank, and saw broken police cars, and robbers in black suits carrying bags of money in the bank teller windows. She gasped, and in her pajamas, ran out of the hotel to the bank. When she arrived, she saw Patrick, Nicholas, Archie and Stacey already there, standing in shock and fear as the robbers made their escape with the money. Not just any money, Angela realized. Patrick’s, Nicholas’, Archie’s, and Stacey’s money! She was tired of being pushed around, on Underwater Survival, on the plane, and now here. Her fists clenched by her sides, she marched inside. “Archie?” she called over her back. “Can you get some of your sports equipment and come back here?” “Uh– sure.” Archie said, and rushed to his boatmobile. “What is she doing?” Nicholas gaped. “She’s saving us.” Stacey said in her beautiful voice. As soon as Angela got to the front door of the bank, she sat down, waiting for Archie and the equipment. A few minutes later, she heard the rumbling of a boatmobile, and saw Archie coming back, with sacks bulging out of the trunk. She rushed forward, almost getting hit by the car. “Slow down!” Archie exclaimed, and jumped out after setting the car to park. “Everyone, get as much painful stuff as you can.” Angela ordered, and they all did. “We’re done being pushed around.” Pretty soon everyone was stocked with tennis rackets, bats, baseballs, sleds, and other stuff. “Ready?” Angela called behind her back, and they were all at the front doors. “Ready.” everyone else said. They sighed, then stepped in. It was chaos. Chairs were overturned, there were chips in the floor, paintings were smashed on the crumpled rugs, and flower vase pieces were on the bank teller counters. Patrick let out a low whistle. “Where do we start?” Nicholas asked, practicing a karate kick. Angela saw a robber, walked up, and smacked him with a tennis racket. “I’ve started for you.” They started fighting. “Hi- ya!” Nicholas cried out, kicking a robber in the stomach, sending him flying into a smashed painting. A robber snuck up behind Archie, about to strike, when Archie pulled up a bat infront of the robber’s face, mashing it. We’ve almost got them all!, Angela thought, as her and Patrick hit a robber with baseballs. “I- I can’t do it.” Stacey said sadly. “I’m pregnant, for crying out loud!” She quietly reached the doors. “Wait!” A struggled cry. Stacey turned around to see Archie, fighting over a baseball bat with a robber. The robber was winning. “Stacey!” Archie cried, as the robber aimed the baseball bat at him. “ARCHIE!” Stacey screamed. After this, she noticed a window shard falling from the ceiling. My voice!, she thought. I can save the day with my voice! “Archieeee!” she yelled, dodging robbers, holding her belly, running towards the robber. The robber turned around. “Preggers?” he chuckled evily, noticing her belly. “Let’s fix that.” He swung the bat at Stacey’s stomach. “AAAAAIIIIIIIIII!!!!” Stacey screamed. “What are you doing?” The robber dropped the bat and grabbed her throat. “If this is some kind of signal-“ The robber started, but a small shard of glass dropped on the floor next to him. “Huh?” he said, confused, looking up at the ceiling. But what he saw next, would be the last thing he saw. A million shards of glass, falling right at him. He let go of Stacey, who quickly ran under a column, and beckoned the others. When they all arrived, the ceiling was gone. Shards of glass were everywhere, causing robbers to become no more. One slipped over a baseball bat, causing it to fly through the air, hitting another robber in the face. The point is, Stacey saved the day. “Go Stacey!” Everyone chanted when all the robbers were dead. “Let’s get out of here.” Angela said, yawning, grabbing the bags of money and handing them out to everyone. “Yeah.” Patrick chuckled, smiling widely. “Your idea was brilliant, Angela.” Everyone agreed, then turned to Archie and Stacey, who were holding close to each other, holding her stomach. “Thank Jesus our baby is safe.” Archie managed to pant out, as he was sweating from all of that fighting. “Let’s go, lovebirds!” laughed Nicholas. They all walked out of the bank doors. “You know, it could be nice having you in WaterFalls, Angela.” Patrick said. Angela smiled. Suddenly, they was a loud, whirring noise. “What is that?” Archie yelled over the noise. “I don’t know!” Patrick yelled back. Then they saw. A huge, dark green helicopter was landing on the bank parkway. When it parked, and everyone had straightened their clothes from the loud wind, they saw a grouper fish, smiling out of the helicopter, holding the controls. “Barry?!?!?” Angela shrieked in joy. “Sandy!” Patrick and Angela both yelled happily, seeing her walk down the helicopter steps, smiling. “That’s not all.” Sandy said. Angela wondered what she meant. Then, she saw. He walked down the helicopter steps, grinning hugely from ear to ear. Her heart almost stopped. It was Jaylon.

It had all happened so fast. Angela was sitting in her house, right back home in Conch City, sitting on her bed. She thought back to what happened. As soon as she had entered the helicopter, she had grabbed Jaylon tightly, and hadn’t let go for a while. When they broke apart, they smiled at each other forever while Barry flew away. Angela looked out the window and waved to her new friends from WaterFalls, then turned around to see Sandy. “Sandy!” she screamed in happiness, rushing forward to grab her. “I told everyone in Underwater Survival about all of you. They were so jealous!” Angela laughed. They all chuckled as Sandy and Angela gazed out at the beautiful night sky. They were far from WaterFalls, and Angela saw the familiar giant TV sticking up from Conch City Square.“I’m home!” were her first words she said as she burst out of the helicopter. Jaylon smiled, and helped her carry her bags into her room. “Thanks.” Angela said with a warm smile. She grabbed his arm, and sat him down. “There’s something I want to tell you....” she started. “Me, too..” Jaylon said. “Me first.” Angela said with an insanely nervous grin. She grabbed his fin. “Jaylon.... I- I lo-“ her words were suddenly cut off as her door banged open, revealing Jaylon’s mother. “Jaylon!” she shrieked. “What is my little honey pudgins doing with a girl?” She grabbed his hand, tearing it away from Angela’s grasp, and tugged him out of the door. “You’re much too young!” she said angrily. “Wait- Angela! What were you going to say??” Jaylon screamed out to her as they reached her front door. Before she led them out, she heard Angela say something, but Jaylon couldn’t hear it over his mother’s shrill scolding. When they were in her lawn, a man came out from her house, demanding what the commotion was. The man looked in his 30s, wearing a Conch City Clams jersey, and holding a can of beer. Jaylon noticed it as Angela’s dad. He stomped over to Jaylon’s mom. “Teresa?” he said with a puzzled look. “What did Jaylon do this time?” “If you ask me, I think he’s getting cozy with your daughter.” his mother said pointedly. “We can’t allow that! She’s only 16, and she’s had her heart broken plenty of times. It can’t happen again.” Angela’s dad said with a frown. “I’m sure Jaylon and Angela were meant as friends, nothing more.” Suddenly, Angela rushed out, her cheeks red from embarrasment. “Daddy!” she shrieked, grabbing his arm. “That’s it, Angela!” Angela’s dad said. “I forbid you to see this boy! Sure- you can be friends- but if you so much as lay an extra hand on him, I’ll know!” “No!” she screamed. Jaylon was screaming inside too. “I agree.” Teresa said, turning to him. “You may not date Angela Tailson. You may only be friends. Now come on, your hair is sticking up!” she said, licking her fin, then rubbing it in his hair. He stepped back, disgusted, and ran home. “You know,” Angela said. “This could be- nice. Me and Jaylon were probably meant to be friends anyway.” Angela said, agreeing with her dad and Teresa. “Good!” her dad and Teresa said in unison. “I’d better be off- my son is just going through his teen phase.” And with that, she skirted off to find Jaylon. “Come on, young lady.” her dad sad, grabbing her by the fin and leading her back in the house. Angela sighed. The scene then cut to Jaylon, stumped, laying on his bed. You know what?, he thought. Fate just doesn’t want me and Angela together. She probably never liked me anyway. And you know what else? I actually just want to be friends with her. Nothing more, nothing less. The scene then cuts to Angela, who thinks the same. Angela snapped out of her flashback, and sighed, still lying on her bed, about a day after the incident. She clutched her pink and purple pillow and looked out at the moon. Let’s be positive, she thought. Being friends with Jaylon could help us be close for the rest of our lives. If I told him I loved him, it would wreck everything. If we went out, it would be so awkward. She stared at the bright light of the moon, shining in through her blinds. It’s perfect, she thought. Me and Jaylon will be friends forever. And never start dating.

A doorbell sounded at Jaylon’s door, so he walked up to it. Who could it be?, he thought as he answered the door. When he opened the door, he saw a blue fish in tinted sunglasses, combing his hair. “Oh, hey, brah!” He said, smiling, sticking the comb into a pocket. “Uh.... hi?” Jaylon said, utterly confused. “My name’s Chris, dude, and I, uh, just moved here and stuff. Could you like help me around the town?” “Err...... sure....” Jaylon finally managed to say. Who WAS this kid, and why did he have such a strong surfer accent? “Awesome, brah!” Chris grabbed Jaylon’s fin and led him into the bustling Conch City Square. Jaylon caught bits of people’s conversations as he showed Chris around. “I HATE YOU!” “I just saved $2.50 on my HBO!” “Somebody call 911!” The last one caught Jaylon’s attention. It was pure afternoon, and Jaylon and Chris were inside Conch City Community Center. Jaylon whipped around to see a person laying on the ground, a gunshot wound in their side. Jaylon and Chris rushed over, and the past minute replayed in Jaylon’s head. Chris had excused himself to the bathroom, and Jaylon heard a strange clang of metal in Chris’s pocket as he ran to the bathroom. Shrugging it off, now Jaylon didn’t know what was going on. Had the thing been– a gun? “Somebody call 911!” a person repeated loudly, but it seemed everyone was in too big of a shock to do anything. The body was facedown, so a fish reached down and turned the body over. Jaylon screamed. It was Sandy. “SANDY!” Jaylon yelled, rushing forward, but the Community Center officers grabbed him and pulled him back. They then put a tape outline around Sandy’s body, and ran to call the ambulance. Jaylon looked into Sandy’s eyes, and saw pure shock and terror. Then he saw a flinch. Jaylon looked again. Was Sandy still alive?! Jaylon peered down to Sandy, and heard a low groan. “Sandy!” Jaylon cried, rushing to hug her. Then he felt something wet, and looked down. He uttered a small yell, and hopped up. It was Sandy’s blood. “I’ll be OK.” Sandy said really softly. “Who did this to you?” Jaylon said, panicked. Sandy looked up to Chris, who had a look of terror as well. “Him.” Were her last words before she passed out. The ambulance came, and as she was loaded in, Jaylon swore he saw a shiny glint of metal from Chris’s pocket. On the way back to Jaylon’s house, Jaylon was not believing that his best friend just got shot. And he also couldn’t believe this newbie that no one knew had shot her. He forced a smile, then looked over to Chris, who put his sunglasses on top of his short, glossy hair. “I’m so sorry- I would never murder anyone. She was probably hallucinating.” Chris said, with no surfer accent. “You’re probably right.” Jaylon said, agreeing. “Just a big misunderstanding...... I just hope Sandy survives this. I knew she shouldn’t have left Texas.” Jaylon said to himself this time, looking at the ground. Without knowing it, he bumped into his house. “Here’s your stop.” Chris said with a smile, then walked away hurriedly. Strange, Jaylon thought as he walked into his house to tell his mom what had happened. ------- “OK, we so have to throw a get well party/welcome party for Chris and Sandy!” Angela was telling Jaylon the next day, both remembering their promise to stay friends. It was for the best, anyway, right?”I agree, but Chris seems kind of....... fishy.” Jaylon replied. “Of course it’s fishy! We’re fish, duh!” Angela sighed, and flopped on her bed, looking at her ceiling. “This party will be awesome.” “Yeah.” Jaylon said, sitting on the edge of her bed. “I just can’t believe it..... my best friend. Shot.” Angela’s tone changed, from optomistic to scared and worried. “Don’t worry, she’ll be ok.” Jaylon said, reaching over and putting her hand on Angela’s shoulder. They turned their heads and looked at each other, and almost started to lean in. “I have to go, you know, get party supplies.” Jaylon stood up abruptly, and walked out. When he got out into the cold fall air, he zipped his jacked and jogged to the party store. When he got inside, he saw Chris browsing through the balloons. “Hey, Chris.” Jaylon said casually, walking over to him. “Oh, hi, brah!” Chris said, turning around with two balloons in his hands. “Any news on Sandy?” “She’s doing great.” Jaylon said with a smile. Maybe Chris didn’t shoot Sandy after all. Jaylon bought the supplies and left. The party was to be held at the Conch Lagoon, where Jaylon was soon finished hanging up decorations. One half was filled with heart cards and thermometer’s, Sandy’s get well party, and the other half had cakes and cookies, Chris’ welcome party. Jaylon was satisfied with his job. Soon, guests began to arrive. Barry, and other fish, like Jerry, Latonya, Sepia, Paul, and many others... followed by Chris, who’s huge sunglasses were like always, on his head, and the familiar clang of metal from his pants pocket. But this time he was carrying a surfboard. And the last guest...... was Angela, pushing a wheelchair, with Sandy in it! Everyone crowded around her, hugging her and congratulating her for pulling through. She smiled a weak smile, then glared angrily at Chris. Angela quickly wheeled her away, noticing the tension. Sandy was grumbling, and her side hurt terribly with every breath. She took a cookie from the welcome party side and chewed, watching Chris set up his board. Why was this kid so bent on killing her? Who WAS he? Then she noticed the glint of metal from his pocket. A gun! He HAD killed her! She decided it was time to intervene. She wheeled herself over in all the noise, and took Chris’ board. She took some icing from the cake table, and smeared it all over the surfboard, rubbing it in to make it extra slippery. “Chris! Why don’t you show us your moves!” Sandy called, beckoning him over. Chris looked really nervous as he walked over. “Er- sure, dudette!” And with that, he grabbed the board and jumped into the water. Everyone was impressed, leaving both sides of the party to watch. “Go, Chris!” Sandy heard Angela shout. He was actually doing pretty good, until the huge wave came. Chris was trying to steady himself, but the board was so slippery with icing, he tripped and flipped off, plunging into the water. The wave rushed forth and hit him, forcing him underwater and dragging him to the shore. When the tide cleared, There was a mass of clothes, and a familiar looking blue fish. Sandy, shocked, but happy her plan worked, wheeled over and picked up the clothes. A costume, she thought. Everyone rushed over, and had a circle formed around the unknown body who was wearing a costume. Sandy turned over the fish, who had a mad glint in his eye. “Jamie!” Sandy shrieked, and wheeled back. Everyone screamed as Jamie stood up and grabbed the gun from the costume’s pocket. “That’s right. I was Chris this whole time. And I fooled you all, except for this squirrel here. But it’s too late. You three!” Jamie shouted, turning toward Barry, Sandy, and Jaylon. “You thought you killed me on that Halloween night, along with Master and Priya. But we’re well and alive. Let me show you.” Jamie chuckled, and looked under him. The sand started shaking, and then rising. The sand broke apart, revealing Priya and Master. “You may have foiled our plans, but we’ll get you ALL next time.” Priya said, and they all sunk into the sand. “Weird..” Angela said, her voice barely a tiny whisper. She grabbed Jaylon and hugged him, and didn’t let go for a long time.
