What's New?
Currently.... SBC has hit over 500 members! This is great news for us, and hopefully we'll be getting to 600 members soon. Also, a brand new contest is going on. The first 5 users to find a golden ticket hidden somewhere on the forum, will get early access to v7! Congratulations to SOF who was the first person to find the ticket. Remember - use your heads! There are only 3 spots left. See the "Lost Temple" announcement on the homepage for more. Speaking of contests, don't forget to participate in our other contest to put a funny, original caption on an image. The winner will receive 1000 doubloons.
In the future... SBC will be moving to vBulletin on August 26th, 2011. This will also be the launch of v7. We had a good time on forumotion, but it is time for us to move. Stay tuned for more!Richest Users

Re: TV Shows On DVD
Yes, but they run on battery, which isn't very convenient during long rides in the car. And the screen is definitely not the largest in the world.tvguy347 wrote:that70sguy92 wrote:You shut up.Wumbology wrote:Bring your iPhone in the car with you?that70sguy92 wrote:...Why? Re: TV Shows On DVD
DVDs are still much more convenient, IMO. You can watch them at home when there is nothing on TV, and like I said earlier, there's special features. And in most cases, the sound and picture is of better quality.tvguy347 wrote:Which is why I take my iPad on long car rides...long battery life and large screen.

I'd expect that from the Resident Apple Fanboy, who still has yet to give legitimate reasoning behind his argument.tvguy347 wrote:that70sguy92 wrote:DVDs are still much more convenient, IMO. Claiming a Microsoft computer as a waste of your money just makes you more of a fanboy. :tvguy347 wrote:that70sguy92 wrote:I'd expect that from the Resident Apple Fanboy, who still has yet to give legitimate reasoning behind his argument.tvguy347 wrote:that70sguy92 wrote:DVDs are still much more convenient, IMO. A fanboy of Microsoft would not have an iPod, they would have a Zune. And I do not have a Zune, nor do I have a desire to have one.tvguy347 wrote:You're a fanboy of Microsoft..

And Microsoft mostly rocks in my opinions, at least their computers do. But this topic is not the area to discuss that. Microsoft does not release TV shows on DVD, to my knowledge.

Re: TV Shows On DVD
I have made my decision, and I know what my 100th DVD will be. At least, this is what I hope it will be:
Lost - The Complete Collection
Look at it!
---
I haven't bought a Complete Series set before because I just can't wait, but I can wait for a set that looks that impressive.

That set deserves points for presentation because of it's ties to the principal idea of Lost. Seems astute
