SBC's Top 50 TV Shows Ever

So I was digging around old countdown lists on tv.com, SBC, etc. and it made me want to host one of these contests. I couldn't decide if I wanted to attempt movies or tv shows. There are a hell of a lot more movies than tv shows, so I decided to do tv shows instead. Of course we are on a SpongeBob site, so it wouldn't surprise me if the little yellow guy came out on top if we do this countdown, but the entertainment section has revealed that we are much more diverse than we give ourselves credit for.
Anywho, what I request out of all of you is to PM me your Top 20 favorite tv shows of all-time. Which tv shows have had the most impact on your childhood growing up? It doesn't have to be your current top 20 favorites. It can be which 20 shows affected you most growing up. Bottom line: Send me your top 20 list and I will tally up the scores based off points and probably sometime in the next month (probably on the new site), SBC will reveal our overall top 50 favorite tv shows ever.
So start coming up with your top 20 shows and send them to me ASAP.

Edit: I just remembered that back in 2009 I was making a countdown of my all-time top 50 TV shows which I never finished (anyone remember that?) if only I could find the darn list...
