Season 1 episode 1: "The Prom"


A teenaged girl by the name of Jenny wakes up in her bedroom and looks at the calendar. It’s the day of her school prom so she gets up in a hurry running down the stairs to put on her dress. She finds it covered with a huge stain on and as she tries to rub it off, it only makes it bigger. She then runs out to go to the dry cleaners but the dress falls out of her hands and into the road getting it ran over by a man driving a car.

In the car, A young man by the name of Larry is heading off to visit his mom for her birthday. He arrives at her house running inside with a present for her, however she tells him that her birthday was over two months ago.

All the way across town in his apartment, the evil Dr. Dread started pushing his invention towards his only window. He aims the ray as James Blont bursts in ready to thwart the villain. He explains his plan to burn down the nearby bakery with his heat ray when they short change him and as he aims the ray James Blont pushes him out the way as they both start to fight besides the machine.

Across the street from the apartment many of the teenagers are at the prom waiting for Jenny to arrive as she runs towards the prom wearing her stained dress she expresses her anger towards the closed dry cleaners.

Larry leaves his mom’s house to go to the store but he can’t find his car, Meanwhile Dr. Dread and James Blont continue to fight as they both hit into the machine that aims into the sky and as they press a button it shoots into the air, hitting a satellite, then shooting back down to Earth. The heat ray from the satellite shines into Larry’s eyes and he looses control of the car he smashes into a dump and the garbage rolls through the town towards the prom hall.

Jenny is just a block away from the prom imagining how her friends will react as the garbage flies through the street and into the hall covering everyone attending the prom in garbage. Jenny walks in to see everyone extremely dirty and she looks really clean by comparison.

Larry reverses out of the dump hitting his car into the apartment that causes the heat ray to fall out of the building and smash to the ground. Dr. Dread screams in horror as he watches his machine smash while in the hall everyone dances around in the garbage.

Season 1 episode 2: "The Hole"


Dr. Dread is in his apartment terrorizing the town with a ray gun that crumbles any material it touches, While in Jenny’s house her and her friends are practicing for the volleyball tournament. She slams the ball and it hits into the wall as they all gasp, but nothing happens. Dr. Dreads ray hits the wall and it crumbles away. Jenny tells everyone they need to fix it when she hears her mom walk into the house. They all stand in front of the gaping hole as Jenny’s mom walks in telling her that she’s just going to see Mrs Fisher across the street and when she leaves they all start planning how to fix the hole.

Jenny’s mom walks into Mrs Fishers house while next door Larry walks up to the house wearing his delivery outfit and carrying a pizza. He knocks on the door but the resident tells him he did not order any pizza. Jenny’s mom walks out the house saying she’ll see her some other time when she’s not busy and she walks back to the house.

Inside Jenny’s thankful to the builder who quickly patched up the wall and as he walks out the back door Jenny’s mom walks in looking at the rather shifty Jenny and friends as she then backs up the stairs slowly watching them.

Dr. Dread continues to shoot parts of the town with his invention as he laughs evilly, Jenny and friends relax just as another ray is blasted at the wall and it breaks again. She groans as they all here her mom walking back down the stairs, slowly.

Larry’s walking on the sidewalk eating the pizza when the sidewalk is blasted by the ray he trips over as the pizza rolls down the sewer and floats through the huge water pipe.

Dr. Dread continues to shoot up the town when his machine suddenly stops, he turns around to see James Blont holding the plug. Dr. Dread lunges towards him managing to wrestle the plug off of him he plugs it back in and continues to fire. James Blont heroically jumps onto the machine and bends the laser around to face the machine on its self as it explodes James Blont parachutes out the apartment watching his apartment blow up.

The pizza continues to travel through the sewer as it begins to clog up the pipe the water pressure builds. Jenny’s mom continues to walk down the stairs as the girls desperately try to cover up the hole they both get nervous and run out the house leaving Jenny on her own. The pipe finally bursts spewing gallons of water across town some spilling into a cement mixer, that the water pressure pushes through town on it‘s wheels. It shoots into the air after rolling over a depressed Larry lying on the floor and manages to spill on the roof of Jenny’s house pouring down and covering the hole.

Jenny’s mom reaches the bottom of the stairs as Jenny stares at the wall in amazement. They both stare at the wall when Jenny’s mom notices there’s something not right about it just as it cracks and falls to the ground. She angrily stares at Jenny as she can’t think of an excuse, she runs off to the mall.

Season 1 episode 3 (3)- "The Email"


Jenny’s lying on her bed talking to her friend on her phone about the “cute boy” at school named Francis. Jenny’s friend tells her that she should send him and email stating her true feelings for him and she agrees.

High above the city, Dr. Dread is flying in a huge black blimp looking down on the city while Jenny finishes the email. She has second thoughts and tries to delete the email but ends up sending it to Francis. While it’s processing all the power in the house goes out and the computer turns off as she sighs in relief. All across town everyone's power has gone out as Larry pulled out an electrical wire in his house causing everyone's electric to go out.

Everyone is confused about what’s happened while Dr. Dreads blimp starts to drop out of the sky, as Larry connects the wires and all the electric returns. Jenny’s putting on makeup in the dark when the electric returns and she hears the email being sent. She runs to the laptop but it’s too late, the email has been sent. She freaks out and calls up her friend who tells her she needs to go to Francis’ house and get his laptop before he reads the email, so she runs out her house through the streets.

In the blimp Dr. Dread presses a button that unfolds a contraption underneath the blimp and he laughs as on top of the blimp James Blont crawls down the side and bursts inside as he gets trapped. He introduces James Blont to his invention that he plans to suck the electrical energy out of the town using it to power his blimp that needs it to keep it a float.

Jenny arrives at Francis’ house and his mom answers the door letting her in she runs up the stairs towards Francis’ bedroom. Dr. Dread aims the machine over the entire town as James Blont tries to escape the trap and he starts sucking the energy out of everyone's houses their lights flicker on and off.

Jenny bursts into Francis’ bedroom to see he’s on his laptop as she asks him if he’s checked his email he replies saying he hasn’t. She tries to distract him from the laptop before he reads the email. James Blont breaks out of the trap and hits the machine focusing it onto a huge piece of glass that reflects into Larry’s house sucking out his electrical energy.

Dr. Dreads blimp stays afloat because of the energy and he presses a button to expand the ray over the entire town again as James Blont watches in horror. Larry wonders why his electric has gone out again so disconnects the wires thinking they had become detached causing all the power in the town to fade, fast.

Francis’ mom calls him down to help his dad start up the back up generator leaving Jenny alone with the laptop. She grabs it ready to delete the email but the laptop’s power fades and it turns off so she can’t delete it.

Dr. Dread can’t suck any electricity out of the powered down town and so the blimp starts to power out and falls to the ground. Jenny whacks the laptop to turn it on as Francis walks in and places some batteries into it and it turns on as he notices he has an email.

Many angry citizens are outside of Larry’s house telling him to turn to power back on, so he does, and when he returns he sees everyone running from his house. He looks up to see the blimp just above him, so he sprints inside and locks the door.

James Blont looks out of the blimp noticing they’re about to hit into an electrical wire he dives out the blimp and rolls along Larry’s roof, jumping off. Dr. Dread manages to float just above the wire but the machine gets hooked onto it snapping the wire and filling it with electric, he and the blimp shoot off high into the sky, causing the snapped wire to set alight.

The laptop power fades again just as he clicks to open the email and Jenny smiles. He then pulls out an iPad and opens the email as Jenny gets nervous. He looks up at her and smiles saying that he feels the exact same way about her and they both hug.

Far, far away in deep space Dr. Dread is on the moon with the wreckage of his blimp and his invention cursing James Blont.

Season 1 episode 4 (4)- "The Move"


Larry is eating pizza in his bleak house when it gets cold he picks up another box and continues to eat, when there’s a hammering at the door. He runs up to see his landlord putting up an eviction notice on his door as he did not pay his rent and must leave at once.

Jenny’s in the park walking her dog when she notices Francis is standing by a tree so she walks up to him. She begins to chat and not pay attention as the dog runs away.

Larry carries his things through the hallway of the apartment happily as he explains he can’t believe he found a place for so little money. He puts all his junk outside his door when he realizes he didn’t pick up the key, he runs to the estate agent. Dr. Dread walks out his apartment and looks at the pile of junk outside the door beside him. He notices amongst the junk there lies a “Turbo flux generator” he looks around and picks it up leaving the door at ajar behind him.

Larry walks back up the stairs as, unbeknown to him, Jenny’s dog is following him. He unlocks the door and takes his things inside as the dog walks into Dr. Dread’s apartment. Outside Jenny looks around the park looking for the dog and calling his name.

Dr. Dread attaches the “Turbo flux generator” to his machine and powers it up by flicking a switch. He waits for it to power up and he turns around to see the dog sniffing around. He walks up to the dog and picks it up, cuddling it. In the middle of the street, Jenny looks around for the dog then pulls out a whistle that she blows causing all the dogs in the town to bark and go crazy.

Dr. Dread puts the dog down and strokes it as it hears the whistle and starts to bark. He tries to calm it down but it bites him making him angry. The machine turns on and Dr. Dread decides the dog will be his guinea pig and aims the machine at him. He flicks a switch telling the dog he’ll soon be transported to a destination of it’s choice. He speaks into the machine and the machine is set to sent the dog to Antarctica but it walks away following Jenny’s whistle.

Dr. Dread tries to stop the machine before it hits anything in his house so he aims it out the window. Jenny picks up the dog as it walks out of the apartment and walks home happily with him. While Dr. Dread says something causing the machine to set the teleportation device to a building site and as the ray shoot out the machine, it flies out the window shooting around the town and returns to hit the apartment teleporting it, and everything inside, to a building site.

A swinging metal ball smashes into the apartment completely destroying it. Larry is on the phone back at his house telling the estate agent he moved back because his apartment was completely destroyed. He hangs up the phone and sits back relaxed while he shreds some unopened bills.

Season 1 episode 5 (5)- "The Unknown"


In class Jenny is reminded that she must bring in her science project, complete and working, by the next day. She tells her friend that she hasn’t even started work on it yet. Across the school, Dr. Dread is stealing school equipment for his latest invention while sneaking around so no one hears him. The bell rings and he runs out the school with the equipment as Jenny walks out of the classroom with her friends telling them that she needs to think of an inventive and creative idea and do three months of work in one night.

Dr. Dread runs past Larry’s house as Larry opens the door and looks through his mail. He discovers, after reading a letter, that his grandma has died and she has left him a large sum of money in her will.

Dr. Dread walks into his apartment with the equipment and lays it out on the floor looking through the parts as he starts to connect them together. He struggles as James Blont walks in and asks him what he’s doing. He tells him that he got a plan in a magazine he subscribed to but he doesn’t know what it’s for.

Jenny runs up to her bedroom as her mom tells her she’s going to a garage sale, she quickly draws up a plan in her bedroom and starts randomly sticking anything she has in her bedroom together. While across town Larry is delivered the ‘large sum of money’ and pulls out a $50 bill as he happily runs off to the mall with it.

Jenny looks at her half finished project and decides to go to the mall to ‘get inspiration’. Larry is thrown out of ‘The Rich and Snooty Store’ and when he hits the ground his $50 bill breezes away in the wind unbeknown to him. Jenny is walking through the mall with her friends when the $50 bill lands in her hair and she has an idea to buy a working machine and pass it off as her own.

Dr. Dread completes the machine and is about to test it when he hears noise outside, his neighbour is having a garage sale outside the apartment. He turns around to see his machine has disappeared and he turns to discover James Blont has pushed it out of the window. He tries to grab it but it’s falling to the ground and lands in amongst the garage sale items as many people gather round to look at it. Dr. Dread hurriedly runs out of his apartment and runs down the stairs.

Larry is thrown out another store when he can’t pay for an item as he tells them he‘s sure he had a $50 bill somewhere. He finds a $5 bill on the ground and states that he doesn’t need a lot of money to be happy when he’s got a loving family but then remembers he doesn’t have one.

Dr. Dread runs up to the garage sale and asks where his invention is and the man tells him he just sold it to a young girl for $50. Dr. Dread is annoyed that he didn’t get to see what it did and then remembers he attached a tracking device to the machine and starts to follow it.

Jenny runs into her class and puts the machine onto her desk as she is called up by her teacher. She picks up the rather slap dash looking machine and takes it to the front of the class. She discovers that the machine does absolutely nothing and she is sent to detention for having the worst in the class. Everyone leaves as Dr. Dread walks up to the school with the tracking device and climbs through the window pulling the machine out of the empty classroom and putting it on the grass, trying to see what it does. He discovers it does nothing so kicks it in anger causing it to self destruct in his face.

In detention Jenny is writing lines on the chalkboard thinking that she shouldn’t procrastinate anymore. She then leaves stating that she’ll do her punishment ‘Some other time’!

Season 1 episode 6 (6)- "The Smarts"


James Blont enters the agency and is told that Dr. Dread has acquired a computer which can’t be good, Upon hearing this he runs out of the agency climbing a ladder that leads out of a sewer cover in the middle of the road. As he clambers out and runs towards the apartment he’s narrowly missed by a car.

Larry is driving the car when he stops and an old lady gets into his car thinking he’s a taxi driver. He tries to correct her but when dropping her outside the apartment she gives him some money, which gives him an idea...

Jenny’s mom is testing Jenny’s spellings ready for the School spelling bee final, she spells every word correctly as she tells her mom that her competitor, Daisy, is a terrible speller and is only in the final because her dad gives her the answers from the audience. Across town Dr. Dread places a helmet onto his head and plugs a wire from it into his laptop while he wonders where James Blont is, as he’s usually foiled him by now.

Outside the apartment James Blont is waiting in a huge line trying to get inside while the old lady is entering her pass code incorrectly. Everyone is gathering ready for the spelling bee as Jenny watches on nervously looking at Daisy who’s watching out for her dad in the audience.

Larry drives a family to their house in his newly designed ‘taxi’. He gets paid then realizes he needs to go and pick up a man and take him to the school for the spelling bee, so he quickly drives off. The spelling bee begins and Jenny watches as Daisy gets her first word correct thanks to her father miming out the letters for her.

Dr. Dread pushes a button on the helmet and the information starts to flood from the computer and into his mind making him more intelligent. Meanwhile, Jenny spells her words correctly but so does Daisy and as it looks like neither of them are going to fail, it goes to sudden death.

Larry picks up the man from his house and asks him for directions to the school as he begins to drive. Dr. Dread doesn’t feel like he’s gaining intelligence and as he turns around he notices James Blont has turned off the computer. Jenny spells her sudden death question correctly as everyone watches in anticipation while Daisy starts to spell out her word.

With his intelligence fading fast, Dr. Dread pulls off the mind-draining helmet and throws it out of his window as he sits down and rubs his head. The helmet lands on an electrical wire and a bird lifts it up and flies away. Daisy is half way through spelling the word when the bird drops the helmet on top of the school and it starts to roll off.

The passenger in Larry’s car tells Larry to turn left towards the school as the helmet falls into the car and lands on the passengers head, sucking out his intelligence. Larry asks him where to turn and he tells him ‘the left right way is the left’. Not understanding, Larry turns left and is about to hit into the side of the school as he loses control of the car.

Daisy is about to say the last letter when Larry jumps out of the car and it smashes into the side of the school and into the crowd of people. A few people are injured and Daisy’s dad goes to help them. Daisy is unable to get the last letter correct so Jenny wins as everyone cheers and Daisy congratulates her.
