Those "Play It Loud" Nintendo commercials used to advertise the Super NES Video Game System in 1994, and who can forget about the commercials featuring the Coca-Cola Polar Bears? And I'm not sure if this counts, but the fake cartoon commercials featured on "Ren and Stimpy" and "Sheep In the Big City" always made me laugh! Enough said!
