lol..yah, this is as believable as Y2K, 06/06/06 and 2012. As long as humanity exists, many more of these end-of-the-world dates will come up, it's just in people's mind to predict when the end will be, when not even God himself knows.

Even though its unpredictable when the world will really end, I think at least the Mayan's estimated date (12/21/2012) is more believable than this annoying false prophet's miscalculations, he's also getting people freaked out and paranoid for no reason at all.

I refuse to believe that the world's gonna end this year, I'm sticking with 12/21/2012 even though the world probably won't end on that date either. Personally though I'd like to think on that date, the world won't so much as "end," there's just gonna be a new era that will open on that date, a new beginning. It would be nice if the world ends up entering a new golden age.

The Mayan's didn't estimate that it would end that day. They ran out of room on the Mayan calender. A circle can't hold the whole lifespan of the earth.
