As many of you know, SBC has implemented brand new ranks. What we did not tell you was that the change does not stop with the already-introduced ranks, but that there is an additional rank that we've been making you wait for! This new group is...

Good Noodles!


I know what all of you are thinking... is this just Elite Members with a different name?

NO.

Good Noodles are much more special than Elite Members ever were. They have exclusive privileges that will be announced Saturday, March 26th, when the group is officially introduced to SBC!

Now, you don't just become a Good Noodle through activity. To be a part of the exclusive group, you must pay a price of 5,000 Doubloons in the official SBC Doubloon Store (found in the Glove World forum, stickied).

Once you are a part of the group, you have to stay active on SBC to remain a part of it, or you may lose your status. Also, you must not break any rules. This operates on a three-strikes, you're out system that all of you are familiar with, or should be.

NOTE: The price will not be lowered. You are encouraged to open up stores in Glove World and post as much as you can to earn Doubloons. Things like this will not simply be handed out. Thank you.

Now that Good Noodles have been officially introduced to SBC, some of you are probably wondering -- what special privileges do they have? After all, you can't just be expected to fork over 5,000 Doubloons without knowing what you're getting. So, here we go...

• Exclusive forum named "Roger's Lightbulb"
  
• Early site announcements announced inside of exclusive forum (must be kept secret)
  
• Access to Takin' Out the Trash (Trash forum)
  
• Free name changes (within reason; must be done by contacting a staff member)
  
• Discount at the SBC Store of 50% off (only official store, not user-run shops)
  
• Doubled birthday present! Instead of 1,000 Doubloons, you are paid 2,000!
  
• The ability to have an icon before your username!
  
• An award you can put in your signature

And more features are coming soon! Be sure to become a Good Noodle. You don't want to miss out.

I was going to say that 5000 is a bit pricy since not many people have that many doubloons, but 4500 seems reasonable enough. Also, this is a good opportunity for the Doubloon Store to generate some revenue.

Faise is right. I have realized this over time with doubloons that the more you post, the more doubloons you get.
