Okay, you wanna know something that's really been bothering me?

People who use the term "I could care less."

It's COULDN'T care less. COULD care less means you are ABLE to care less, and therefore your statement about how you don't care has NO meaning.

COULDN'T care less means you are INCAPABLE of caring less. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY you could care any less than you do about whatever. This is correct, and I wish more people weren't stupid and used this.

Okay, so here's what my week looks like:
Tuesday: Nothing in particular.
Wednesday: Academic Awards Night.
Thursday: Cross country meet by day, Halloween dance by night.
Friday: Science and French tests, and a Halloween party.

Busy busy.

Halloween party tonight. I was going to go as Adam Lambert, but... no.

So now I'm going as a tourist.

But more important, I has a rant!

It's about the words "overrated" and "underrated". The stupidest discussions I've ever seen go like this (only SLIGHT exaggeration):

"Yeah, that episode is so overrated because everybody thinks it's underrated, so that makes it overrated, not underrated."

"Yeah, I agree."

"Me too."

"But now it's underrated again, because everybody's calling it overrated for being underrated!"

Yada yada yada, the neverending chain goes on.

Honestly, why do people do this? How about instead of "overrated", "I hate it"? Instead of "underrated", "I like it"? "Overrated" and underrated" are opinions, not facts like everybody seems to treat them.

Now before everyone goes apeshit over this and calls me a hypocrite, I'd just like to say that I'm trying to cut down my usage on those words myself. I suggest that everyone else does, too. But then again, rants are overrated.
