SBC News
What's New? Currently.... SBC has hit over 500 members! This is great news for us, and hopefully we'll be getting to 600 members soon. Also, a brand new contest is going on. The first 5 users to find a golden ticket hidden somewhere on the forum, will get early access to v7! Congratulations to SOF who was the first person to find the ticket. Remember - use your heads! There are only 3 spots left. See the "Lost Temple" announcement on the homepage for more. Speaking of contests, don't forget to participate in our other contest to put a funny, original caption on an image. The winner will receive 1000 doubloons. In the future... SBC will be moving to vBulletin on August 26th, 2011. This will also be the launch of v7. We had a good time on forumotion, but it is time for us to move. Stay tuned for more!

Alright, for people who may be new, you may be having trouble with fitting in. Well, here is a guide I made that will turn you from a noob to an Awesome user.

The Official Guide Of How To Not Be A Noob

Step 1- The Rules: Well, this is a key thing basically. Read the rules or you'll end getting a warning by some staff member for breaking them.
Step 2- Double Posting: If you ignore this step, your pretty much screwed. Please, PLEASE use the edit button or multi quote. I'm sure you don't want to be reminded by Wumbology there is a edit button.
Step 3- Good Grammar: Oh and try use good grammar. Well, at least Try. Remember, if you want people to understand you clearly, at least try to use good grammar. Good Grammar= Gold. *Does not to be super duper perfect, but at least try*
Step 4- Duplicate Threads: Look to see if someone already made a thread about whatever your talking about. That is another thing that will make you seem noobish. Use the Search Button if you have to.
Step 5- Questions: Don't ask some stupid question with the answer right in front of you. Hell, even look in Chum Bucket: Official Q&A to see if some of your questions have been asked.
Step 6- Leaving: If you are gonna pull a hipepeoples4 and leave on us over some stupid argument or fight, don't. We all know you'll come back 10 minutes later.
Step 7- Make Friends: Try to make friends. Click where it says Add to my friends list on someone's profile. I'm sure they will accept your friend request.
Step 8- Spamming: Oh and yeah, no spamming.

Anyways, I hope these steps help any lost members. These words are not meant to harm anyone and are just for help.

Maybe you can have the frequency to use good grammar, like it said in the guide?

Step 9 - Don't harass users who are acting noobish. Instead, try to help them not to be noobish.
