That's right! The ancients who lived in the Temple believed in spirits! Legend has it that the ghosts actually liked slashing them!

I have a costume.

Fake.

But I do believe spirits sometimes linger, though very rarely. But I would never call them ghosts.

I say real. There's been so many sightings, surely not all those people can just be seeing things.

I agree with Wumbo, but it may just be me looking for a thrill.

Fake, defeintly. If Ghosts existed, there'd be hundreds of them, as all animals and creatures would have to have ghosts, not just humans. Even if it was just humans that had ghosts, there'd still be hundreds of them. They'd either have to be invisible, or not there. I think lots of ghost sightings are either people making it up, or just the brain playing tricks. If someone believed in ghosts, they would instantly assume that that strange shape, door slamming, or shelf falling, is a ghost.

Accepted knowledge: Every organism has a spirit, but humane souls are the most complex/advanced, and only those will be united with God in his kingdom or Heaven (where reincarnation occurs) following death.

I believe that too. But I do think that some ghost sightings are fake.

Animals don't have souls, obviously.

I was watching this show, Ghost Adventures, on Netflix the other day. Granted, it may not be legit but the inhabitants of this house in Vegas claim to have been physically attacked in the home by a demonic entity. It sounds really stupid, but they also reported that this 'demon' murdered somebody in the house. Do you believe a spirit can acquire such energy to physically damage someone or even go as far to take their life?

Ghost Adventures is comedy gold. This one I was watching had this glare on the camera being called an "orb."

As for ghosts murdering people, it's a possibility. i remember this case (The Bell Witch or something) where this ghost of a witch made this guy sick and tortured him until he died or something. There's also the infamous painting that apparently killed the person who owned it. There's a pic of it online somewhere. Apparently if you stare at it long enough, you can hear children crying or something. There was another story about a person who stared at a statue for a night and was dead the next day.

There's apparently a Jesus statue at a cemetary where I live in Hawaii that actually dances once you drive around it and shine your headlights at it, making your car shut down at the same time. Funny stuff. I might just do that when I get back.
