1st: Open up 2, COUNT THEM: 2 paint programs. You will need them.
2nd: Open your emulator and your game or whatever your playing.
3rd: Look at your screen, think of something witty, then right it down on notepad. Scripting your let's play really helps, because ad libbing makes you look stupid.
4rth. Paste the picture into paint, copy the gameplay screen, and save it as "[game name]01" or whatever you think is proper.
5th: Put the pictures on tiny pic or photobucket.
6th: Paste on here or something.
7vnth: Wa la. You've got a let's play.
