We've hit 500 members!SBC News
What's New?
Currently.... SBC has hit over 500 members! This is great news for us, and hopefully we'll be getting to 600 members soon. Also, a brand new contest is going on. The first 5 users to find a golden ticket hidden somewhere on the forum, will get early access to v7! Congratulations to SOF who was the first person to find the ticket. Remember - use your heads! There are only 3 spots left. See the "Lost Temple" announcement on the homepage for more. Speaking of contests, don't forget to participate in our other contest to put a funny, original caption on an image. The winner will receive 1000 doubloons.
In the future... SBC will be moving to vBulletin on August 26th, 2011. This will also be the launch of v7. We had a good time on forumotion, but it is time for us to move. Stay tuned for more!Richest Users

Interesting video The tune itself was also quite catchy, though I didn't listen to it entirely because I'm about to prepare for mass Still, I was fond of the acoustic guitar solo at the beginning.that70sguy92 wrote:Song 3- "Paint the Silence" by South

Wumbology made me do it. He mentioned Oasis, and this is one of their songs, and Ryan Adams made this cover. I personally like this version better. What do you guys think?

The song from Bikini Top's first season finale, as well as its namesake. Thoughts?
Oh, and I want Jay-Z to rot in hell for ruining this masterpiece.

Battle of the Hallelujahs!
BATTLE OF THE HALLELUJAHS
Now I'll post 2 songs. I'd like it very much if everyone told me which they prefer.
These songs are both renditions of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" --
Song 10- "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley
and...
Song 11- "Hallelujah" by Imogen Heap
Which one do you guys like more? I can't decide. Both are amazing, and moving.

A wonderful song. It's slower, so I actually like it more than McCartney's. What do you think? By the way, this isn't the official video for the song. It's just a fan video about some show, East of Eden.

What can I say? Probably the best band ever.
Song 20- "How To Save a Life"by The Fray

Song 22- "Yellow Submarine" by The Beatles
This song... it's just great.
We watched the movie today in class, which is why I thought I should include the song in this entry. It's a great movie. We watched it because it's a social commentary about life in the late '60s, to an extent. Plus, if you're a stoner - which I'm sure none of you are - well, those colors will give you the best high you've ever had! Not that I speak from experience... I just watched it for the first time today... at school. Anyways... it's on YouTube. I recommend it.

Re: that70sguy Tunes
I have a loathing for this song, but it's probably unfair, because we had to make our own instruments, then play them while singing the song in Grade 5. Blah. D:
I don't think the recording we sang along to was even The Beatles.

Okay, so until song 40, I'm going to post songs you wouldn't usually find on this topic. Here's the first two--

Classic. What a great song. Can't hate on Beastie Boys.
Song 24- "TNT" by AC/DC
AC/DC rocks. Simple as that.
