Happy Feet/Happy Feet 2

Can someone please, please explain to me the appeal of these movies? It's just singing and dancing penguins with a lot of pop culture references. Oh and I think there are plots thrown in there somewhere as well.

Sorry, just can't get into these movies, but I understand that they aren't aimed for my target demographic. Oh and here is the preview for Happy Feet Two, which comes out this Thanksgiving.

I hear the guy who made the Mad Max and Babe movies made em. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I'm the same way. I just don't understand what's so special about a movie about singing and dancing penguins.

Haven't seen the first one, the trailer for the second one is cute. WE'RE BRINGIN FLUFFY BACK.

I remember watching the first movie. I thought it was a cute movie. Not too sure about this sequel though.

I liked the first movie, but it's a movie I feel doesn't need a squel. I'm optimistic about it though.

What's great about "Happy Feet" is it's pro-conservation message for preserving the ocean's supply of fish not just for ourselves and future generations of humans, but for other creatures that need to eat fish as well. Also, it was one of the last projects Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter was involved in before his untimely death by a manta ray sting.

The first HF was okay, but I don't know about a sequel.

This movie does not need a partner. It's great as it is.
