apparently its trying to stop lets plays or something when lets plays help the video game designers get more well known -.-'

Poppycock is all I say. I'm all for them stopping streaming of live sports events and movies and shit, but targetting let's plays and walkthroughs and shit is taking it a tad bit too far. Unlike streaming live events and movies and shit, walkthroughs and let's plays helps rather than hurt the product. I doubt they'll enforce it any good anyways if it passes.

How are Let's Plays and all those video-game videos copyright violations? It's not like people who watch those videos are playing the games for free.
