SpongeBob's Frozen Face-Off

* A race? Sounds interesting...

* So, Patrick is using a wooden box. Good luck Pat.

* I lol'd at Karen going "woof-woof".

* On your marks...get set...go!

* Wait a minute, how is Plankton in two places at once?

* Alright, so Patrick and SpongeBob are a team now.

* Squidward's worm made me lol.

* On thin ice there Squidward.

* And so, that is how Squidward became a block of ice.

* Is it just me, or is this special pretty fast-paced?

* So, everybody is joining SpongeBob now.

* Dead end. Literally.

* Never mess with Gary.

* At least Gary has shelter.

* Campfire song? Perhaps a nod to The Camping Episode.

* There is the puppet-like abominable Squid.

* As real as Santa Claus? Smells like a nod to Christmas Who?.

* That Squid is fierce.

* So, Mr. Krabs betrayed them. Didn't see that coming.

* Karen is frozen. Commercial time!

* We're back. Karen is reloaded.

* Plankton is frozen too.

* It was a robot, explains why he was in two places at once.

* So, it was all a scam set up by Plankton. Not surprised.

* The return of the beast!

* That safe is indestructible.

* Now we have a nod to To Save A Squirrel with Sandy seeing SpongeBob as food.

* A small anchor? Oh, a tattoo.

* Good luck with that, Plankton.

* Well, both the safe and Krusty Krab got blown up. And could Plankton win for once?!

* Mr. Krabs and Squidward are unfrozen now.

* A sled made out of people. Very creative.

* So, they lost?

* Oh wow, he still hasn't actually opened the bottle.

* PATRICK!

* So Karen has turned against Plankton.

* A giant cage that appeared out of nowhere.

* Yikes, Plankton isn't joking anymore.

* Abominable Squid to the rescue!

* I lol'd at "Eat Squidward!"

* Poor Plankton.

* Overall, a pretty good episode. Plankton almost won and it had a decent story, and it had some nods to older eps.

Grade: A

I'm looking forward to it. Looks promising!

Commercials look kinda intriguing. I won't be tuning in since I will probably still be in the car towards our vacation destination, but Nick will probably air it enough that I will see it eventually.

I thought it was great! Probably the best season 8 episode so far!

I liked it. 9.5/10

It was pretty good, enough though some stuff wasn't explained (but hey, it's a cartoon).

Frozen Face Off
They advertised this special so much to the point that it annoyed me, but it was the best episode in Season 8 so far, and will probably stay that way. There were tons of hilarious moments, like when Squidward's worm stopped for tea time, and when everyone was squished by the crash landing. The plot was well developed. I was also impressed by the animation of the "Abominable Snow Mollusk". I hope either someone recorded it or iTunes can finally stop being lazy and update Season 8 with the new episodes, because I want to watch this again and again. Oh, and I'd like to point out that this is the SECOND time Plankton is mistaken for a jelly bean. There were lots of references to past episodes in this.

(By the way, did anyone see the promo for the new episode next Monday? It looks like it'll be similar to Krusty Towers.)

Hopefully it'll be as good as Krusty Towers was.

It was ok, not very good or excellent but at least it was the only episode i fairly like than the other terrible episodes in season 8. 6/10

Do they do that with cartoons? It seems like they do that with live-action shows, but not animations.

The voices in that video were out of synch which was annoying, but none the less, I really enjoyed watching the episode.
One thing I really liked was seeing all the main characters star in one episode with almost the same amount of screentime, and the references to the previous episodes was a nice touch.
I also really liked the abominable snow mollusk which was really cool and funny. And I was worried that Plankton had actually one for once since he outsmarted the others practically three times.
I think it's the best new episode so far. I can't wait to see it again.

The special was fairly good. Nothing epic, but still okay.
I liked how they used stop-motion on the Abominable Snowman.

I enjoyed it, although it didn't meet my expectations.

Ehh 7.3/10 for me, way worse than my expectations.
