The Great Patty Caper (A.K.A Mystery With a Twistery) Airs November 11th

Hey guys, someone on TV.com already posted this, but it seems that there will be some new books for an upcoming spongebob Special. Here are the links to them :

It seems that the new Special Is called, Krabby Patty More or something like that. BTW, both books are based off the Same upcoming Special.

Plot: When Mr. Krabs gives SpongeBob the only key to the vault holding the Krabby Patty's secret recipe, SpongeBob vows to guard it with his life. But as soon as SpongeBob and Patrick board the train to retrieve the recipe the key is mysteriously missing. Who could have stolen the key? Was it sneaky Plankton? Or was it the “butler”?

NOTICE: I don't know how true this stuff is, but Amazon is a trustful source. But we will hear more when We get closer to October.

BTW, The name of the special is actually Krabby Patty No More (Not that other one).

Pest of The West premiered in April 08.
WhoBob WhatPants? Premiered in October 08.
Spongebob Vs. The Big One premiered In April 09.
Truth or Square premiered In November 09.
Spongebob's Last Stand Premieres This April.
Neptune's Party (An Upcoming TV Movie) Premieres this summer.
Krabby Patty No More Premieres In October.

With an exception of Neptune's Party, it seems that new specials premiere in April or October. And TV Movies premiere in November (Again, with an exception of Neptune's Party).

And yeah, this does sound like a mystery themed episode, which i enjoy.

I haven't noticed that, actually. How strange. Maybe they're going to break that pattern with Neptune's Party, and keep it broken.

No matter what, it's a show whose target audience is children, so the mystery won't be very difficult.

Sounds really interesting, specials aren't usually fantastic, but I'm looking forward to this one!

I wonder if it's really gonna air in October. If it's a special, it's likely that Nick would have made some sort of announcement by now, don't you think?

While it is probably fake, some sites like the SB wiki were saying it would air October 25th.

I thought it would air October 11th to follow the tradition, but seeing as we haven't gotten a commercial yet, I don't think so anymore. We'll have to wait and see.

They'll probably hold it back until November so they can promote "Planet Sheen" and "T.U.F.F. Puppy" which are premiering on the 2nd.

Well, a recent commercial just aired confirming it airs in November.

I am looking forward to it, even though I already have "seen" it because of the book.

Yeah. Maybe it will air on Thanksgiving, seeing as they air new SB eps each year on Thanksgiving.

It showed a train and mentioned this is the first ever Spongebob Mystery. It showed scenes similar to what I posted earlier from the book. Hopefully someone will upload it.

(On another note, I am hoping I didn't spoil the entire the special with those pictures..)

Don't worry about it I doubt they would keep the special EXACTLY the same as the book

Yeah. A few scenes were similar to the book, but I doubt all of them will be the same.

On another note, I wonder when the DVD for it will come.

If it's like many of the other DVD's maybe about a month before but I'm not sure

Well, there has been no announcement for a DVD for it yet and I'm sure there would have been one by now. Maybe in January, I guess seeing as :

November- Legends of Bikini Bottom DVD
December- Season 6 Volume 2 DVD
January- The Great Patty Caper?

It maybe like that but DVD's like "Spongebob's Last Stand" had the episode on it before it came out

I unfortunately went straight to the bathroom when the commercial break started, so I only heard parts of the promo. Hopefully the UkeUkeable (sp?) dude will post it on YouTube.
