Rate the Date Above You

Okay, in this game, you have to rate the date above you based on your experiences on the date given (obviously)
This is gonna be fun but..............
Here are the rules:
*Reasons are optional for ratings 7-10.
*Reasons are really required for ratings 0-6.9 because some people might think of it as spam.
*Since most of the members are 13-20 years old, dates before January 1, 1991 are not allowed.
*Dates in the future are not allowed.
*Don't rate if the date above is before your birthday.

It's little hard to remember specific that happened say a year ago unless you keep a diary or it's a special celebration (eg. Birthdays, Vacations etc.)
