A New Stop What You're Doing and A Special Birthday Surprise

Two important things to announce, guys.


What is Stop What You're Doing? An event where SBC users change their name and avatar based on a specific theme. It has never been officially endorsed by the SpongeBob Community and its staff... until now.

On January 28th, we will be having a NEW Stop What You're Doing. What is the theme, you ask?

You will keep these new names until February 6th, when everyone MUST change their names back, as after that the no name-changing policy is back until the next Stop What You're Doing.


What does SBC usually do for its regulars on their birthdays? Well, we usually put their names in the scrolling announcements located on the homepage. And we will continue to do that. But there's another thing we will do from this point on...

On your birthday at SBC, you get ONE THOUSAND DOUBLOONS. I hope this makes your special day even better, and I hope when you get the 1,000 Doubloons, you spend them on something worthwhile.

It's not like it's a really original idea. =/ dragiiin isn't staff anymore, but next time we do one (May or June) he can pick the theme.

Jelly, you have a great collection (I absolutely adore that "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" velvety poster) That monopoly game sounds so good

I just got a new converter that can converter VHS tapes and records, and since I have a bunch of Beetles records, I might get around to listening to some of them and converting them.
