Davy Jones's Kitchen

This idea just popped into my head what with all the other reailty show spoofs involving spin-off characters. I thought, why not make one out of one of my personal favourites, Hell's Kitchen?
I'll come up with a list of contestants later. This show will be hosted by the Flying Dutchman, who has decided to pursue a career in cooking. And yes, he is just as potty-mouthed as Gordon Ramsay.
Thoughts? Ideas? Don't want me to use your characters? Speak up!

I think i'll be holding Sharky Shore as my own in this post, with Ball of Bob not being here now. THat being said, while Whaleblubber would be hilarious, can you put in a spin off character in his place, and not his spamming self?
