The Missing Office Characters!

So, there are missing Office characters that appeared in the first few episodes but were apparently cut abruptly later on. These characters take the place of later characters:
The Ethnic~possibly replaced by Kelly
The Guy~possibly replaced by Kevin or Toby
The Girl~possibly replaced by Meredith
The Caring~possibly replaced by Errin, Holly, or Karen in later seasons

He left the show in order to star in his own show about him dressing up and pretending to be some chick. Definitely the worst mistake of his career considering how short it's run was. After that, he faded into apparent obscurity. I wanna know what happened to the man who played Harley, the first guy and not the other guy who played him in that one ep. Jason moved on to Step By Step, I think. Eli is a real fucking mystery. He was pretty cool too, one of the reasons why I like Season 3. Frankie has lost a shitload of weight since his Enforcer days.
