SpongeBuddy Mania

We just did a big Christmas release yesterday, putting us a SpongeBuddy Mania v4! Everything has been upgraded and we've got more content and a new design for the main site and forums. You can check out our news post here for more info.

SBM has been around for over 6 years and the forums are doing well, and going even stronger after the upgrades.

Is it really necessary to advertise a site that all of us already know about? (and i'm pretty sure there use to be a thread for SBM)

Yes, there was. But we locked it due to the fight going on about it. Leave them be.

I was a member...until now. It's an okay site now and then.

New layout looks pretty nice. Plus, it looks like its getting more activity.

In my arrogant opinion, it's just the upgrade and new layout that earned SBM the surge in activity.

All I can say is, we do NOT need a re-enactment of the SBC/SBM Revolution. ONE POST that disses either site in an unnecessary way, this thread is history.

All I can say is, im never going over there after last night. Even though I do want to know something.

Listen you guys, I am on vacation right now and I am typing this from my iPhone, but all the hate that is going around needs to stop. I understand that not all users on either site are perfect, but we need to stop starting stuff up on both sites. I do not want a war to go on because while I personally don't like the layout of SBM (although granted I haven't given the new one a shot yet, plus I forgot my password so I can't experience it xD) I have plenty of friends on that site that I get along with quite well and I don't want their to be extremely bad tension that there always seems to be between the two exisiting sites.

Let whoever wants to criticize the way we run our site all they want. There is no such thing as a utopian society so no site is absolutely perfect. Plus, while we are a dysfunctional group of misfits, we are a community and we always seem to workout our problems and while someone may have a problem with another, in the end our problems seem to workout just fine.

So for the love of god, can we just shut up and let our sites just run whatever way they want to run. While I personally am not fond of forumotion myself, I come to this site just because deep down I love every user here. Even the ones I have had some problems with in the past.

Would someone please repost this message for the users over at SBM as well? I want them to know that I do not want bad blood or a hate-hate rivalry that seems to start brewing all the time over minor matters like "opinions" or "popularity". I just don't want to have to pick sides over such petty drama.

I love the new SBM. They've upgraded it to IPB3 too, which must have cost a bit, and there is an awesome new skin. Keep up the good work guys! (by which i mean ssj, abney, CH, SD, S34, and all the others)

Well, I honestly can say that I am from there, but I don't like the fighting that's going on. And to be all fair, if SBC can have a topic on SBM, SBM has the right to have a topic on SBC.
