I wouldn't use it. I consider it derogatory and would more than likely result in hefty fining or suspension.

On a personal level, I don't really use it. It's not AGAINST the rules here, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's okay, if you know what I mean.

Many girls find the word extremely offensive, but it's not as bad as the word "twat".
