SBC News
What's New? Currently.... SBC has hit over 500 members! This is great news for us, and hopefully we'll be getting to 600 members soon. Also, a brand new contest is going on. The first 5 users to find a golden ticket hidden somewhere on the forum, will get early access to v7! Congratulations to SOF who was the first person to find the ticket. Remember - use your heads! There are only 3 spots left. See the "Lost Temple" announcement on the homepage for more. Speaking of contests, don't forget to participate in our other contest to put a funny, original caption on an image. The winner will receive 1000 doubloons. In the future... SBC will be moving to vBulletin on August 26th, 2011. This will also be the launch of v7. We had a good time on forumotion, but it is time for us to move. Stay tuned for more!

Not all of them, but my friend is a SAW geek, so I could say the movies are pretty graphic from the point of view he describes them. I've watched parts of SAW 3, 4, and 6 online also.

SAW (All of the films) Empty Re: SAW (All of the films)

Post by Guest 1/13/2011, 1:53 am

The first one is really the only one with actual substance in it other than being some gorefest with some zany wishy-washy plot throughout. The first one was fairly simple and the twist was ACTUALLY good. I like the series just as much as the next guy, but they just kept dwindling with every movie with this progressively more confusing plot. The only somewhat good one since the first one was probably 6.

SAW (All of the films) Empty Saw franchise

Post by that70sguy92 8/10/2011, 6:35 pm

So, just started watching these yesterday and have already watched the first three, and bought them on Blu-ray. I was going into these movies expecting to dislike them but they are actually very good.

Can the violence be a bit much at times? Sure. But it's also very fun, and behind all the gore is a pretty great plot that keeps you guessing, and there's always a twist at the end that makes you want more.

Of course, at the moment I'm only speaking for the first three films in the series, but you can be sure I'll be watching the rest of the movies.

In the last few movies, it gets old.

It gets old after the first 2 movies, Tvguy. It's not "cool", or "epic". Sure, the story is deep, but if you really look into it, it's shallow. They're good for one watch only, then they get old.
